Blue Dawn

- Earthy Barefoot Character: Hayes is a Ranger who grew up in the wild and prefers to be naked, but he'll settle for only wearing pants.
- Experienced Protagonist: Chet was an adventurer for years in the Whirlpool before it was shut down.
- The Pig-Pen: Hayes is covered with dirt. He's only taken a bath a few times throughout his life.
- Raised by Wolves: Hayes was raised by cougars in the wild.
- Theme Naming: Cities in Celadon are named like people; the story begins in the city of Jeremy, which has a Philadelphia-and-New-York-City-style one-sided rivalry with the city of Brice.
