Basic Trope: A character conquers somewhere at a young age.

  • Straight: Queen Alice II of Tropestan conquers the rival kingdom of Wikistan at the age of eighteen.
  • Exaggerated: Alice II is a Multiversal Conqueror at the age of one.
  • Downplayed: Alice II finishes her father Bob VI’s conquest of Wikistan aged twenty-five.
  • Justified:
    • Alice II is Wise Beyond Her Years.
    • Tropestan already had a more skilled army and better commanders than Wikistan. It only took Alice ordering the invasion for her to win and her commanders did all the hard work.
  • Inverted: Alice II conquers Wikistan at the age of 110.
  • Subverted: While the conquest occurred after Alice II was crowned at the age of 15, it was her regent, Chancellor Charles, who effectively ruled the nation until she reached the age of 19.
  • Averted:
    • Alice II doesn’t conquer Wikistan
    • Alice II is thirty-five when she conquers Wikistan.
  • Invoked: Bob VI gives his daughter Princess Alice a very good education geared towards her finally conquering their long-time rival.
  • Defied:
  • Exploited: General Carl, Alice’s top general, uses her ambitions to court her, marry her and rule through her.
  • Deconstructed: Alice may be able to conquer Wikistan, but ruling people you just conquered is not an easy job. Alice ends up having a Heroic B So D, and may even end up Driven to Suicide.
  • Reconstructed: Good job Alice is Wise Beyond Her Years and endears herself to the populace by improving their lives.
  • Played For Drama: The first thing Queen Alice does is murder Charles III, Queen Consort Betty, Crown Prince David, Princess Emma, Prince Henry and anyone descended from King Charles I of Wikistan who ruled 200 years ago, including spares to the throne, women and children. Queen Alice then uses brute force to suppress the peasant uprising which arised from her conquest. To say that Queen Alice would go down in history as a Psychopathic Womanchild would be a complete and utter understatement.
