The public face of the GUAL, they're the ones behind the rigid security and comforting safety associated with this Alliance. The main concerns of this subdivision is to ensure citizens' safety first and foremost, and secondly to prevent internal chaos and mischief from festering in the GUAL. Effectively an advanced police force free of corruption, answering only to the leadership council itself in more serious situations, they never let the goal of protecting the innocent and the orderly around them leave their sights. Being in this group not only demands an ability to handle criminals that get in their way, but a decent social aptitude to work along with other members of the GUAL in operations for the purpose of teamwork and contributing to the greater purpose of the GUAL.

Lawful Neutral Personified - As a dedicated enforcer of THE LAW!, Judge Dredd naturally joined the old GUAL. However, in the organization he found members who were more interested in twisting the law to fit their desires rather than actually enforcing order. Luckily, after the reformation, he is now free to do his best in catching criminals and protecting innocents with the full backing of the alliance without having to worry as much about abuses of power
- While Dredd does have a moral center, his sometimes extreme methods and general preference to do things alone mean that he doesn't cooperate much with other members. However, his authoritarian but egalitarian mindset fits well with the rest of the organization, so often he works in the greater interest of the alliance anyway. He's also not a fan of vigilantism, so don't expect him to turn a blind eye away from under-the table dealings from anyone, even alliance compatriots.
- If there are criminals to apprehend, then Dredd will be there to catch them. It's that simple.
