- Just how similar the start is to the base Undertale is pretty unnerving.
- Everything about the confrontation with Hera herself.
- Her Toriel disguise is visibly decaying, with her head slanted at an angle, holes in her body, and arms broken at unnatural angles. The way she convulses isn't that flattering either.
- Her attacks all involve both an unnerving Art Shift and disturbing imagery. Hands coming from the sides of the battle box to grab you, a photorealistic skull spewing some... stuff at you...
