  • True to canon, the executions. To recap:

    • Chapter 1's execution: Kaoru Masafumi, the Super High School Level Chemist is the culprit. Like in both the first and second games, a chain comes out of nowhere and secures his neck. A picture's helpfully provided, where you see him desperately reaching out, to no avail. He's then thrown in a glass box connected to giant metal pipes. The narrative describes him pounding on the glass in an attempt to get out, but soon after, poisonous chemicals come seeping out of the pipes, suffocating him.
    • Chapter 2's execution: Now it's Christina Hosokawa, the Super High School Level Seamstress's turn. She gets placed on a brightly-lit runway, with Monokuma standing on the other end. He produces an automated bow out of nowhere, with a sewing needle in place of the arrow, and shoots Christina through the base of her spine with it. It then keeps going through her, and eventually, she's left with a perfect row of stitching up her torso.
    • Chapter 3's execution: Sora Sasaki, the Super High School Level Actor, is the one being executed. Like Kaoru, he gets dragged out of the courtroom screaming and shouting, and chained to a theatre stage. In the audience, several Mono-robots are watching him expressionlessly. You get to see an image of him sweating before the robots start heckling him, and eventually, one of them throws something resembling a tomato. Except it's actually not, it's a painted stone. Eventually, more and more of the robots join in, stoning him to death.
    • Chapter 4's execution: Which isn't really an execution, but you wouldn't know that while reading it. This time it's Yukie Kurosawa, the Super High School Level Thief. Even though Yukie wasn't directly responsible for Ren Kimura's death, Monokuma decides to execute her anyway. A lynch mob made up of the same robots as Sora's executioners whisk her away from the coutroom, bringing her up to a massive gallows. Another, larger robot comes up behind her and pulls a lever, which drops both Yukie and the platform she's over into the depths of the school.
      • However, Yukie doesn't die from this. What happens next is that the students figure out that she might still be alive, so they decide to go on a rescue mission for her. However, once they find her, she's lying on a bed, her throat slashed ear-to-ear. Nightmare Fuel kicks in when they initially realize none of them could've been the murderer.
    • Before we have the execution, there's the matter of the victim: Kenichi Inuoe, the Super High School Level ???. He was the one actually responsible for the aforementioned Yukie's actual death, and in remorse, he mutilated himself with a knife and hung himself from the rafters of the school.
      • Now we come to the actual execution for Chapter 5, which is for the already-deceased Kenichi. However, that doesn't stop Monokuma. He lashes Kenichi's corpse to a pole and leads along a parade made up of the same robots as Sora and Yukie's executioners. After that, he sets fire to the pole, which burns the body so that not a trace is left.
