"With this principle, you may live to see man-made horrors beyond your comprehension." - Nikola Tesla
  • The theme of this mod. Something about the main theme of this mod gives off a tranquil yet eerie feeling. It gives off a vibe of a world so familiar yet so alien, so modern and yet so old. It encapsulates a newly mechanized world and unstoppable industrialization that will bring lots of growth and horror to the world.
  • Since the Geneva Protocols and the Hague Protocols were not signed, and the Geneva Conventions were considered largely irrelevant, countries can do war crimes without any repercussions. In this game you can research a bunch of chemical and biological weapons, in which you can deploy them in a province you wish.
    • Things like Anthrax, Smallpox, Influenza, and any kind of biologically engineered viruses can be deployed in a province. When it gets deployed, it will spread in multiple provinces, even your own provinces.
    • Don’t even get started with Livewires. These are not just ordinary barbed wires, these barbed wires are ALIVE. They will target any moving body and go to them, instead of being set up. These Livewires will attack every part of your body. They also attempt to lure unsuspecting victims by using the host’s voice. Also, they may be sentient. And might also be Eldritch Abominations who can take over people if they aren't removed quickly after a battle finishes.
      • This video made by the creator is horrifying in particular. It shows a veteran of the Iberian Campaign recalling his experiences at the war. He recalled hearing his friend cry out in No Man’s Land before he went silent. When he went to investigate, he saw his friend just standing there like a scarecrow, FULL OF BARBED WIRE. The barbed wire penetrated to parts of his body to a point where it took an hour for soldiers to get his body out.
  • The Great War in this TL being way worse than OTL. Infrastructure destroyed, millions dead, and an entire generation will remain traumatized. Aside from that, there was also an extreme amount of livewires, chemical weapons, and automats used in the war. The Iberia Campaign is hellish in particular for both Anglo-American and Spanish troops, as it was the first time that Automats were introduced and was the catalyst for numerous war crimes. It is also worth noting the Spain had to set up exclusion zones since the northern areas of Spain is infested with livewires and poisonous gas.
