Nightmare Fuel / Overtake!

• Satsuki Harunaga's big crash in "Suzuka, rain". It's unnerving driving on a wet track with slick tires, the spray from cars you're trying to lap obscuring your view... and then you suddenly lose control and end up immobile on the track, only to get T-boned by another car who didn't see you in time. Harunaga's lingering trauma is very understandable, since there's been real-life crashes like this in junior motorsports with tragic results: Both Formula 2 driver Antoine Hubert and Formula Regional European Championship driver Dilano van 't Hoff lost their lives in 2019 and 2023, respectively, in very similar crashes at Spa-Francochamps. There's also the case of Formula 1 driver Jules Bianchi, who crashed into a recovery vehicle during the 2014 Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka, also under heavy rain.
• Kouya's memory of the tsunami - and specifically, helplessly watching from afar as Momo is swept away by it - in Episode 9. The fact that we don't get to see it in all its gruesome detail only makes it worse: all we get is an absolutely unholy roar, and Kouya looking on in sheer horror. It's bad enough that the show had to throw up a Content Warning a few minutes in advance.
