Nahuel And The Magic Book

  • In the first minutes of the film in the boat headed to the nearest hospital, we heard Consuelo crying for help, giving birth to their own son, however, Antonio helps his wife to calm.
  • When Nahuel got inside the abandoned house to chase the cat, the music starts to creep out and the visuals start to get darker. But that's not all.
    • He saw an old man turned into the wood while picking a bookshelf.
    • As he reads the Levisterio, we can see all dark and spooky wizards want to get their hands on the book, saying it was one of the most powerful and deadly books ever made.
    • After he grabs the book, he hides down from the unnamed wizard who spawns three tentacles with one eye to hunt him down.
  • In the abandoned tower, we saw unlocked stocks of bird cages and crows everywhere and to introduced Raiquen and the main antagonist, Kalku.
    • Even Kalku's personality is violent, manipulative and abusive as ever as he laughs loudly, taking revenge and wants to get that book.
  • The next scene when Nahuel got home late at night, and his father said that his son is going to Puerto Mont with his aunt and cousin, and he's going to lock him up in a bathroom or a wardrobe.
  • A giant storm scene. Kalku breathes out a black cloud to a thing he made as a curse. After a small wave separates Nahuel and when he tries to grab the book, he got a scratch on his face as he hides down the book, he got attacked by a flock of crows and then Antonio grabs the flare to protect his own son. He fires up the flare gun and as the flare fires, they saw a giant wave headed straight to them, completely destroying the book, separating the father and the son. They cried out as they were separated in a dark deep sea.
  • The character designs between Kalku, Chon-Chon, Trauco, the Cuchivilu, Raiquen (when she's cursed) and some monsters from the tavern symbolize their antagonism.
  • Nahuel accidentally uses the magic stones from Fresia and hits down the half-pig, half-snake Cuchivilu. It charges down to the children, it grabs his back with it's horns and when the children climb up to the tree and Fresia tried to grab him, he fell down and the monster charge to him instead, however a giant wolf charges in, saves the boy's life.
  • During the riddle scene, the Chon-Chon remove it's head and flies with the help of his ears.
  • The atmosphere of Kalku's island in the pre-climax when the abandoned town covers up with dark fog in the middle of the night.
    • We could see shattered glasses, broken bridges, locked houses, and darker rooms everywhere in that island.
  • At the same place, Nahuel got struggled by brainwashed Antonio, who didn't realize that he was attacking his son. As he struggles to get out, the locket reveals closer and closer and then as he saw the locket, he's back to normal because this is the same locket from his wife from the start.
  • The battle in the dark tower has so much darker moments.
    • Antonio charged in to Kalku to stop the summoning, but suddenly he was grabbed when Kalku uses its crow and drops him off the tower, the boy cried out and see his father falls down the tower, letting the boy cried out and strangled the wizard for what he did to his dad.
  • Not only that, he got pushed out and as he charged again, he was grabbed in the next at the same time when Kalku turns his head to the back.
