• Whenever an armored vehicle is destroyed, you'll hear the muffled voices of the crew inside screaming as they burn to death.
• War is not glamorized. There is Monumental Damage in world-famous cities like Moscow and Vilnius, and refugees abund and are endangered in shootouts with the enemy.
• Just about any barrage of fire from the enemy is stress-inducing, since bullets can kill in one shot. The enemy firing in single bullet mode all of a sudden might mean one or more of the player's Ghosts has been ambushed and might die, often due to Failed a Spot Check on the player's part or not having his Ghosts cover all directions.
• Seeing bombed-out Vilnius, Lithuania hits harder after the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022-2023, where the Russians have leveled entire cities to dust.
