At least he's softened with age...
Dot X is a Slice of Life webcomic drawn in a simple, cartoony art style reminiscent of Sonic The Hedgehog. Nevertheless, it's got its moments...
- As cathartic as Hatchet's death may have been, it's still the most cruel and sadistic moment in the comic. Not to mention the fact that Mi encourages him to jump to his death.
- Adventure:
- Mi gets a taste of parental worries when he sees that Pudding isn't home in the morning.
- The typically kind and loving Speedy is so devoted to stopping Pudding and Clone from getting married that he forces his friends along on false pretenses and then abandons them at the base of Time Mountain. O.O.C. Is Serious Business indeed.
- Mi threatens to kill Clone right in front of his sister.
- The Demon. It takes on Pudding's form, separates her and Speedy from their friends, sends everyone else falling off of Time Mountain, and eventually enters Pudding's body.
- Pudding's sneeze seems cute at first, until you realize that it's Pudding's body fighting the Demon, as confirmed by Word of God.
- The Wonderful starts out as Filler paying homage to The Wizard of Oz until the Wicked Witch of the East enters the Emerald City. And by Wicked Witch of the East, we of course mean the Demon.
- Audrey lost her necklace. It is now in the possession of someone she doesn't even know.
- Chia is a sweet, caring, and somewhat clueless girl who's in love with Mi. When she plays superhero with him and Pudding, however...Althea: Then with nobody to stop me, I'll murder all the civilians!Mi: Too intense.
- Night Terror is when the Demon's presence in Pudding is officially revealed. Not only that, it's fighting a war of attrition against her body, and it will win.
- The Ball starts out pretty standard: Frisky's hosting a party, her friends and Zeda's friends are there, Pudding and Clone are happy together, Gell's pining over Fade, Mi is his usual Papa Wolf self, and Speedy's depressed. Then we're introduced to Anaconda, a Femme Fatale who steals Gell's heart...and Frisky's security cameras. And then Clone lets Pudding fall asleep, allowing the Demon to take over her body. Then the Demon encounters Bubbles...and tries to kill her. Then she stalks around the building to kill everyone and leave no witnesses.
- Mi's "The Reason You Suck" Speech to Clone for letting the Demon take control of Pudding's body. Special mention goes to Mi threatening to bury Clone alive.
- Anaconda kisses Frisky, poisoning her. Up until this point, she's only been acting a little suspicious and destroying security cameras. Not only that, but in one of the panels, Frisky looks like she's crying blood.
- The Demon makes a reappearance
...and it’s not pretty. Special mention goes to Paste being impaled on its hair.
- Mobians were once Angels...until Mobius, an Angel born without wings, started a society of Angels on the planet's surface. In retaliation, the Angels removed the wings of any Angel who chose to live on the ground and took away their immortality, forcing them to age via time rather than experience. Our ANgels really ''are'' Different.
