- The rather graphic description of Makoto being stabbed by a Gungnir spear can be this, especially considering how fond of him the reader probably is.As that thought entered his mind, a sharp, sudden impact struck his side, followed by an intense, deathly pain that ran down his spine and spread throughout his entire body. The spear stabbed into his side, instantly tore his flesh to shreds, and shot out his back, coated in blood and other bodily fluids. At that moment, the black fog that had engulfed Makoto's mind was consumed by death itself, and as his consciousness slowly faded, he remembered everything.
- Oh, and let's add in Genocide Jack's commentary about the gory aftermath for good measure."Huuuuuuh? Big Mac, you're like, totally about to die. What's the deal? Did the world fill you with so much despair that you all came here to commit mass suicide? That's so hot! - Just when you think it can't get much worse, Junko shows off her bastardly side as she talks through Monokuma—making all sorts of sexually-charged assumptions about what Mukuro will do to a dying and unconscious Makoto. Unlike her outlandish commentary in Trigger Happy Havoc, Junko flat-out alludes to rape this time around."Haha... I see you're reaching for a sleeping boy's clothes. What in the world is about to happen next...!? Adults can keep playing, but you kids better press the B Button, okay? Puhuhuhuhuhu...""!"Mukuro turned toward that familiar voice and saw Monokuma standing before her."You're all alone with Makoto right now. Just think of me as a cute wild animal, and let your lust lead the way! As the headmaster, I must prevent any illicit sexual relationships. But physical education classes are just fine, missy!"
- Towards the climax of IF, Junko threatens a reset of the "Killing School Life" in order to punish Mukuro for her Heel–Face Turn. She'll get to be herself... but Laser-Guided Amnesia will make sure she initially doesn't remember her role in Junko's plan or her talent. Assuming Mukuro doesn't die or murder anyone, she'd eventually realize the Awful Truth, with the possibility of her friends turning against her—something Junko hopes will finally lead to her killing someone, being found guilty, and getting summarily executed. Just... yikes..."What are you planning to do to me...?" Mukuro asked in her emotionless voice. Monokuma guffawed and answered."Nothing. I'm just gonna stick to the original plan and make you play the killing game at this school. I'll erase everyone's memories again, and I'll just make them redo the introduction and the entrance ceremony again."In typical Monokuma fashion, he leaned his face toward Mukuro."But it'd be boring if we had to redo everything! Maybe this time, I'll have you participate as Mukuro Ikusaba!""...?""I'll take away even more of your memories like I did to that irritating detective girl. You'll just be a poor little girl with no memory at all."As Monokuma talked and wiggled his body from side to side, the other Monokumas danced and twirled around. Amid this fantastical scene, Monokuma continued to describe his hopeless plan in a nonchalant manner."At first, you'll be the girl with amnesia, and everyone will feel so sorry for you... But as they unravel the mystery of this academy, they'll find out who you really are... It's exciting to think how they'll treat you when that happens! Knowing you, you'll probably kill someone purely on instinct. Maybe I should rethink my rules about self defense. Puhuhuhu..."
- At the end of it, Mukuro knows she's painted a target on her back. She'll be hunted by the Future Foundation who see her as part of the cause of the tragedy to end all tragedies and by the Ultimate Despair who see her as a traitor to their goddess of despair Junko.
