MC and her "alternate self"

Teisou Gyakuten Sekai (jp. 貞操逆転世界, en. Chastity Reverse World, lit. "The World of Moral Reversal") is a seinen manga written by Amahara (Interspecies Reviewers, The Idaten Deities Know Only Peace) and illustrated by Mantarou. The manga began serialization in Comic Valkyrie in 2016.

One day a normal high school girl, Momona Ichikawa, woke up in a hospital to find out that she switched minds with her alter-ego from a parallel world.

In this world the moral, mental, and gender roles of men and women are switched: girls have to push the relationships, girls are more proactive (and perverted) in general and all "Sex Sells" stereotypes are switched to pander to the female audience.

In this world, Momona has to deal with being different and adapt to the new environment while managing her daily life.

Tropes:

  • Absurdly Youthful Mother: Momona's mom looks like she is in her 30s despite having grandchildren around 5-7 years old already.
  • All Women Are Lustful: The women of the work's world are technically not more lustful than men in our world, but they are still way more so than women in our world. Most of the girls in Momona's class behave like boys going through puberty and watch/read porn a lot.
  • All Women Are Prudes: Gender-inverted. In the reverse world, gender morals being what they are, men are the ones who're expected to conform to proper sexual etiquette while at the same time being sexualized at every turn. Therefore, men have to defend themselves from unwanted advances from women on a daily basis, so they have the reputation of being chaste and frigid. Kawashima has a sneaking suspicion that men are just as lustful as women, but are more stuck-up about it.
  • Boyfriend-Blocking Dad: Gender-inverted with Urisugi’s mother. Although she initially seemed rather aloof with her son (barking orders at him the minute he arrived to visit her) she starts noticing changes in his behavior and begins worrying that some city girl has been corrupting him.
  • Fish out of Water: The intial plot premise. Momona had to adapt to a new environment in this "reversed" world.
  • "Freaky Friday" Flip: How Momona and, later, her male classmate got transported to another world. Though, they do not actively seek to return things back because they don't know how.
  • Like Mother, Like Daughter: Looking at Ayu's mom you stop wondering from whom she got both her brains and her perverted steak.
  • Really Gets Around: Urisugi, Momona's classmate who also transferred to this world. The manga tones it down a lot from how he was in the original doujinshi—he only sleeps with Momona's two friends, while the doujin mentioned 8 different girls. Momona's alter-ego tried to invoke this trope but missed the fact that only her mind got switched. So she ended up using the same Urisugi as a semi-permanent partner.
  • Self-Censored Release: The series started as a hentai doujinshi series written and drawn by Amahara about a guy who gets transported to this world and sleeps with some girls for money or just because he had a chance to. Later the author decided to adapt it to a normal manga with a different main character. The guy from the initial doujin later shows up and the series begins to periodically switch POV to him and adapt storylines from the doujinshi, although with less-explicit sex scenes.
  • Switching P.O.V.: The plot occasionally switches to the point of view of Ayu Kawashima (one of Momona's best friends) or Urisugi (her fellow Trapped in Another World classmate).
