->''"She's got legs, an' knows how to use them\\
She never begs, she knows how to choose 'em\\
She's holdin' leg, wonderin' how to feel them\\
Would you get behind 'em, if you could only find 'em?"''
-->-- '''Music/ZZTop''', "Legs"

There are many things about a woman that can catch [[MaleGaze the camera's eye]]. Some shows may focus on her [[BuxomIsBetter ample chest]]; others, her curvy behind; and others still like to take a really [[{{Pun}} long]] look at how lovely her legs are.

This trope deals with cases where a female character's legs are given special attention, either by the camera or by characters in-universe. This is notably recurrent in G-rated fiction, where the MaleGaze is directed to the legs rather than the even more sexualized [[BuxomIsBetter breasts]] and buttocks. Gender-inverted versions are rare, which is slightly ironic given that many women are perfectly capable of appreciating slim, athletic male figures.

Often takes the form of a FeetFirstIntroduction that slowly pans up the legs in question. May also be seen in conjunction with a SexyWalk. ZettaiRyouiki, ShowgirlSkirt, DangerouslyShortSkirt, {{Underwear|OfPower}}[=/=]{{Leotard|OfPower}}s[=/=][[MiniDressOfPower Mini Dresses Of Power]], {{Qipao}}, WhoWearsShortShorts and FootsieUnderTheTable are also good ways to show off these features. A KickChick will almost always have these, as will most female {{Dance Battler}}s. The StatuesqueStunner will also have these, more often than not. BathKick and FootPopping are used to show these off as well. If the AmazonianBeauty has them, expect either the narration, other characters, or the character design to emphasize her legs' muscularity as attractive, often with special attention to the thighs.

Related to {{Fanservice}}. ShowSomeLeg is not necessarily related, but certainly can be.

[[folder: Advertising]]
* In a 2014 J.G. Wentworth commercial, in a departure from their usual opera-inspired TV ads, this one is done in the style of a really old and aged music video with far more contemporary music, featuring various different singers appearing in the busted-out windows of an old, abandoned brownstone building. Almost all of the women appearing in the windows are wearing either ''really'' short shorts, or ''really'' short skirts... and they all have ''really'' nice legs.
* The supermarket chain [=ShopRite=] has been making good use of this Trope since 1971, with their cancan dancers that advertise their annual (and later twice a year) Can-Can Sale. Usually, the dancers are animated, but at least one year, the commercial had live dancers.
* The Australian advert for Razzamatazz nylon stockings naturally had an exemplary example of this trope who stood out from the ordinary mortal women who would be wearing their product in actuality. "[[EarWorm Uh Oh, Razzamatazz...]]"
* Any advertising that sells women's razors will portray models with long, slender legs in the same way that ads for men's razors will give the guy a LanternJawOfJustice.
* Personal fitness trainer Kathy Smith in [[http://www.nanozine.org/kathy-smith-hot.html this]] "Got Milk?" ad.

[[folder:Anime and Manga]]
* Several characters in ''Manga/AhMyGoddess'' have shapely legs, most notably Hagall who's got a ShowgirlSkirt to show them off with.
* ''Manga/BlackGod'': What Kuro lacks [[{{Pettanko}} up top]], is amply made up for and ''then some'' by her gorgeous legs. Which are a large part of the reason she initially comes across as a NubileSavage, when she's actually a [[spoiler:TomboyPrincess]].
* Both Makie and Hyakurin from ''Manga/BladeOfTheImmortal'' show a lot of their legs, wearing slitted kimonos and mini skirts with ZettaiRyouiki respectively.
* ''Anime/BlackLagoon''... [[http://img14.deviantart.net/0a75/i/2013/174/c/2/revy_by_vi0r-d6ad265.png Revy]] plus [[WhoWearsShortShorts short shorts]] equals a whole lot of male drooling.
* {{Berserk}}, Casca [[http://flyvapnet.com/myPictures/Art/Manga/Berserk/Casca01B.jpg oh my]] no wonder Guts loved her best when she wasn't wearing a dress.
** But Slan wasn't gonna be shown up, just by her [[http://68.media.tumblr.com/b4820c712617b625c4db029550245b5c/tumblr_njq9e6rAL61r3r2wpo6_1280.gif introduction]] alone.
* Kate Takayama from ''LightNovel/BokuWaTomodachiGaSukunai'' utilizes this trope largely due to her short nun outfit which barely covers her legs.
* ''Franchise/CodeGeass'': Milly Ashford has hers showcased during a humorous moment when she teases Shirley in season 1 of [[Anime/CodeGeass the main series]].
* ''Manga/DailyLifeWithMonsterGirl'': Kimito, in an omake, reveals to his harem that [[HasAType he actually likes legs]], which is [[SugarWiki/FunnyMoment hilarious]] as, being {{monster girl}}s, they're kinda lacking in human legs. Three volumes later, an [[SpiderPeople arachne]] appears and he comments on how they are her best feature.
* The main characters from ''Anime/{{Dangaioh}}'' (save for the lone male), are all drawn with shapely, long legs which are made all the more prominent because they dress in skintight, revealing [[strike: swimsuits]] spacesuits all the time.
* [[TheNameless The black-haired woman]] in ''Anime/DeathParade'' wears a form-fitting short skirt and high heels with ankle cuffs, showing off her long, slender legs. While the show itself isn't heavy on the MaleGaze, they do got lots of attention in promo art, as seen in [[http://68.media.tumblr.com/cd6691c7a8d1bc5187167761dc1fec65/tumblr_nggbw9hBk21qmlmyuo1_1280.jpg this photo]] where her legs are given the most focus.
* ''Anime/DeltoraQuest'', [[http://images4.fanpop.com/image/photos/18500000/Jasmine-deltora-18595944-570-402.jpg Jasmine]]... with some ZettaiRyouiki on her left leg, which had Lief hooked on her all the way to end of the series.
* Kinshiro Kusatsu from ''CuteHighEarthDefenseClubLove'' is a RareMaleExample. During his [[MagicalGirl Magical Boy]] transformation, the camera pans lovingly along his denuded legs before he adopts thigh-high bad guy boots.
* ''Anime/DevilHunterYohko'': Take a good look at the cover art, 'cuz between Yohko's style of dress (i.e. short-shorts, mini-skirts, etc.), her transformation sequence, and the ClothingDamage she suffers during her fight scenes (which are plentiful), [[MaleGaze you'll be seeing them frequently and damn near constantly]].
* In ''VideoGame/FatalFury TheMovie'', Kim Kaphwan's wife Myeung Suk was introduced [[MaleGaze legs first]]. Sorta justified as she was with their youngest son Jae Hoon, who was a little kid back then and barely reached up to his mother's hips.
* ''Manga/HighschoolOfTheDead'' has several examples among its main cast, but Rei and Saeko are the standouts:
** The manga establishes Rei as its poster girl for the trope from the very beginning and repeatedly reminds you of it by constantly putting her legs on display with plenty of close-ups.
** Saeko's legs are also given ample attention, along with her backside. Which is one of several reasons for the [[UnresolvedSexualTension UST]] between her and Takashi.
* Mariah from ''Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventure'' gets many comments from the heroes on her legs (never mind that she's one of Dio's followers, and therefore out to kill them).
* In ''Manga/KamisamaKiss'' both Nanami Momozono's school uniforms and street clothes tend to show quite a bit of her legs.
* ''Manga/KenichiTheMightiestDisciple'': Kisara Nanjo exemplifies the trope, which is {{justified}} since she's a practitioner of Taekwondo. She also wears a tight pair of jeans [[FashionableAsymmetry with a missing pants leg]], to remind the audience of how curvaceous her legs are. Plus, all her {{fanservice}} scenes place emphasis on them and her backside.
* ''Franchise/LyricalNanoha'': The LadyOfWar Signum has incredibly shapely legs. In fact, her [[TransformationSequence combat outfit]] was specifically designed by her oh-so-GenreSavvy mistress Hayate to show off her legs up to the thighs.
%%* The main protagonist of ''Anime/MajokkoMegChan''.
* ''Manga/MakenKi'': Himegami's rarely seen without [[ZettaiRyouiki her thigh-high stockings]]. And when she isn't wearing them, it's usually because she's [[LingerieScene trying on new ones]] so the audience can get [[MaleGaze a long appreciative look]] at how hot her legs are. Or, on rare occasions, she'll simply go bare-legged and ''barefoot''.
* Anime/AxisPowersHetalia : China isn't a girl, but many have fallen prey to the beauty that is [[http://68.media.tumblr.com/97ac503cd2c8b91898ead7a65c69ba91/tumblr_na12htcE3v1rqyue3o1_1280.jpg his legs]].
* ''Anime/NeonGenesisEvangelion'': [[MsFanservice Misato]] gets a lot of leg focus, especially when exiting a vehicle, as well as many low-angle shots tracking her determined marches down the Geofront's hallways.
** ''Anime/RebuildOfEvangelion'' continues this trend, particularly with its shots of her SwivelChairAntics during the scene in 2.0 when her and Ritsuko are {{discuss|edTrope}}ing VictoryIsBoring. This actually takes on some significance in 3.0, [[spoiler:as Misato's new outfit post TimeSkip, which covers her legs, is used to emphasize her CharacterDevelopment]].
* ''Manga/{{Nisekoi}}'': One of the first things that are remarked upon in Chitoge's introduction to the class are her long legs, which are toned by her proficiency in gymnastics.
* Mana Fujisaki in ''Anime/OnegaiMyMelody'', an athletic young girl who is openly boastful about the length of her legs (and terrified of cuteness... for some reason). When a rival "steals" her legs (and her friend's breasts, and some other traits) with magic she's naturally aghast.
* ''Manga/OnePiece''
** Boa Hancock's are even longer and on constant display, plus she gets to show them off due to being a KickChick.
** Many of Nami's outfits feature either shorts or a DangerouslyShortSkirt.
** Almost all of the attractive female characters in One Piece have nice legs, at least after ArtEvolution. They tend to have surprisingly shapely thighs for how skinny their bodies are.
** Dellinger is a male example. There is a lot of gaze on his long, shapely legs. Whether it's MaleGaze or FemaleGaze is up for interpretation, since he ''is'' a guy, but his legs are drawn exactly like a woman's legs, and you wouldn't know he was a guy if you didn't see him from the waist up since he also wears high heels (and even then he has a feminine-looking face). Maybe it's [[StupidSexyFlanders Stupid Sexy Flanders Gaze]].
** Sanji is another Rare Male Example
** Vinsmoke Reiju especially in her second [[https://68.media.tumblr.com/12c2de55c767acc19c34c8e38e4783c7/tumblr_oaa7l5tUsy1utjytuo1_1280.jpg appearance]] with the number "6" in blazed on her thighs, though "10" would be more accurate [[spoiler: she kicks just as good as her brother]].
** Charlotte Smoothie's debut appearance has the MaleGaze firmly planted on her huge, shapely legs.
* ''Webcomic/OnePunchMan'' has [[http://onepunchman.wikia.com/wiki/File:Tatsumaki_design_2.png Tatsumaki]], whose legs get a lot of focus despite (or perhaps even because of) her petite frame. This is further emphasized by her dress, [[{{Stripperiffic}} which is cut to reveal the most amount of leg possible]] without exposing her underwear.
* Nanako Misonou from ''Manga/OniisamaE''. The series isn't exactly known for its {{fanservice}}, but there's still quite the focus on Nanako's very long and slim legs.
* ''LightNovel/OokamiSan'''s title character's legs are frequently focused on and there are a lot of opportunities to show them off due to her ActionGirl status. Ookami, herself, is actually a punch girl, however.
* Many an ''Anime/OsomatsuSan'' fan believes that [[GenderInvertedTrope Karamatsu]] has nice legs. He has a habit of crossing his legs in a dramatic fashion and has worn [[WhoWearsShortShorts shorts]] and other outfits that [[FemaleGaze show a good amount of leg]].
* ''Anime/PhantomQuestCorp'': Ayaka may be [[ChristmasCake getting on in her years]], but she's got no reason to complain. She's a stunning redhead and still has her figure, [[http://anime-fanservice.org/coppermine/displayimage.php?album=637&pid=18663#top_display_media including her legs]]. It's no wonder Detective Karino's been [[WillTheyOrWontThey trying to hook up with her]].
* The ''Anime/PokemonAnime'' has quite a bit of this. Notably Officer Jenny who wears a miniskirt which shows off those lovely legs of hers. Also, Jessie of Team Rocket almost always has her nice pair exposed.
* ''Anime/PrincessTutu'' takes place at a ballet school, so the students' legs are given a {{justifi|ed}}able amount of focus.
* ''Manga/RanmaOneHalf'':
** [[AttractiveBentGender Female]]![[GenderBender Ranma's]] legs are mentioned and given focus from time to time. In the manga, she takes advantage of this by [[http://www.anymanga.com/ranma/036/011/008/ donning a miniskirt]] in order to attract men to Ukyō's restaurant.
** Attention is often drawn to Ukyō's legs [[http://ranma.wikia.com/wiki/File:UkyoKuonji.jpg because of the stockings]] she wears, which accentuates their curvature. But the beach scene near the beginning of ''"Nihao My Concubine"'' and the ''"Battle for Ms. Becahside"'' episode gave us an ''[[http://ranma.wikia.com/wiki/File:Ukyo_swimsuit.jpg even better]]'' look at them.
** The camera also focuses on Shampoo's legs, whether she's wearing her pink cheongsam, or a or bikini. Such as episode 16, where she chases male-Ranma around the Tendo home, while she isn't wearing pants. She cuts him off by leaping over his head, with the camera set directly on her legs.
* ''Anime/SailorMoon'': As with the ''Anime/DevilHunterYohko'' example, between the Sailor Scouts' mini-skirts, high-heels, and frequent MagicalGirl transformations, you'll be seeing their legs the majority of the time any of them are onscreen.
* ''Anime/MagicKnightRayearth'' also follows the indications of the aforementioned ''Anime/SailorMoon''. Battle scenes and short skirts (and sometimes ''no'' skirts) seem to go hand in hand rather often in this anime.
* Maya in ''Anime/OccultAcademy'' has a lot of emphasis on her legs, particularly when she's wearing her white dress with a DangerouslyShortSkirt, complete with ZettaiRyouiki.
* In ''Manga/SkipBeat'', one of [[MrFanservice Ren's]] more frequently commented upon traits are his ridiculously long legs.
* ''LightNovel/SoICantPlayH'':
** In episode 1, Lisara steps out of the furo in only an oversized school shirt and [[PervertRevengeMode knocks Ryosuke down]] for trying to peek on her earlier. Instead of being upset, he takes [[MaleGaze an extended look at her legs]], noting the shapeliness of her thighs and calf muscles.
** Even without Ryosuke's endorsement, the series contains enough close ups and pan shots of her legs (along with her barefeet) that it becomes clear she's meant to appeal to fetishists.
* In the ''Manga/SoulEater'' anime, the camera quite often likes to emphasize Maka's long and smooth legs underneath her extremely short skirt, especially in battle scenes.
* ''Anime/{{Tamayura}}'': Riho, Fuu's [[BigBrotherMentor big sister mentor]], is often depicted showing off her long legs for some reason, even though the show is pretty much devoid of FanService.
* In ''Manga/TokyoMewMew'', one of Zakuro's best traits (according to her {{Fangirl}} Minto), are her long, pale legs.
* ''Manga/TsubasaReservoirChronicle''[=/=]''[[Manga/XxxHOLiC XxxHOLiC]]'': While her legs aren't her [[AbsoluteCleavage most noticeable feature]], some of Yuuko's artwork highlights her [[NoodlePeople ridiculously long legs]].
* ''Manga/UchiNoMusumeNiTeODasuNa'': Mei's are the hottest pair in the series. As in, shapely and thick thighed, with muscled calves. Plus, she's got [[HartmanHips the hips]] and rear end to match. You'll be seeing them in nearly all of her scenes.
* ''Anime/VariableGeo'' is an {{ecchi}} martial arts series, so most, if not ''all'', of the girls would be prime examples. The most noteworthy among them are:
** [[FriendlyRivalry Yuka and Satomi]] both fight with their legs and [[FootFocus feet]] ''bare''. They've got stewardess legs, which are powerfully built with traces of {{tomboy}} muscle, due to years of martial arts training. Yuka's are even displayed prominently in the anime's cover art (which is used for the page image).
** [[{{Meganekko}} Kaori's]] are accentuated by [[http://www.animevice.com/kaori-yanase/18-32723/all-images/84-246834/kaori0h/83-460739/ the stockings and footpads]] she wears. And, as a fully accredited Taekwondo ''[[KickChick master]]'', she uses them [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Bj_k9WLc-I to deliver powerful kicks]]. Which is why she's one of the top competitors in the VG Tournament.
** As a floor dancer, [[LipstickLesbian Ayako's]] legs are also given frequent focus for their shapeliness and because of the [[DangerouslyShortSkirt skintight mini-skirt]] and [[CombatStilettos high-heeled stilettos]] she wears as part of her uniform. But her legs aren't just for providing eye candy, they're an integral part of [[DanceBattler her fighting style]].
* ''Manga/VenusWars'': The [[DumbBlonde bubbly airhead reporter Susan's]] legs are a subject of conversation by several male characters, to the point one character suggests she cover them up so the enemy soldiers occupying the city don't pull her over to "search" her. She doesn't have any other attire besides [[{{Fanservice}} miniskirts]] for most of the movie, and the epilogue focuses on her [[MsFanservice mostly from the hips down]] in cutoff jeans.
* ''Words Worth'': This, along with frequent FootFocus, is [[LadyOfBlackMagic Maria's]] {{fanservice}} department, which is why the robe she wears has split seams to show 'em off. They're also accentuated in several of her official art pictures, as well as the series itself, which includes [[MaleGaze two pan shots of them]].
* ''Anime/YuGiOh'', Anzu Mazaki/Tea Gardner has legs that put almost every female cast member and Duel Monster in subsequent spin-offs to shame. Not only does she wear shorts and miniskirts, she also wears thigh-high leggings to emphasize them.'
* ''Manga/TokyoGhoul'': Touka Kirishima and Akira Mado both have long, slim, shapely and pretty legs and the anime certainly does not hide it, as Touka never wears anything else than shorts or short skirts, and Akira mostly wears black tights and formfitting skirts.
* It's pretty hard to not have great legs when you are a female soldier of the military in ''Manga/AttackOnTitan''. Years of hard military workout along with the uniform that is long boots, tight pants and leather straps do help a lot.
* A [[AuthorAppeal common trait]] of Mental Models in ''Manga/ArpeggioOfBlueSteel'' are long, shapely legs. [[BreakoutCharacter Takao]] and [[IronLady Kongou]] are particular standouts.

[[folder:Comic Books]]
* ''DCU''
** ComicBook/BlackCanary. Highlighted by her [[StockingFiller trademark fishnets]]. Idem for ComicBook/{{Zatanna}} through the fact that she also wears fishnets that accentuate her long toned yet shapely legs.
** ''Comicbook/{{Catwoman}}'' is generally drawn for having great legs that are long toned yet shapely, rather than emphasis on her bosom.
** ComicBook/{{Huntress}} most of the time, and she's usually partnered with Black Canary.
** ComicBook/LadyShiva and she even wears Black Canary's fishnets as the Jade Canary.
** ''ComicBook/PowerGirl'' whose LeotardOfPower always shows her legs and cleavage window.
** [[Characters/SupermanRoguesGalleryMToZ Maxima]] tends to wear outfits (usually costumes that are either stripperific or very formfitting body suits) that highlight her long muscular yet shapely legs.
** ComicBook/{{Raven}} from ''Comicbook/TeenTitans'' was this while being rather slim, especially compared to Wonder Girl and [[MostCommonSuperpower Starfire]].
** ComicBook/WonderWoman is usually drawn with a very muscular yet voluptuous build for her body. She also wears a revealing strapless leotard or other outfits (such as a bustier-hotpants combo or a form-fitting body suit) that highlight her long muscular legs.
** [[Franchise/{{Batman}} Poison Ivy]]: Boy, does she know how to use 'em. Her leggy figure is usually emphasized through her original costumes(that she wore tights her trademark green tights with), whenever she is not wearing any clothes, and her current skin tight outfit.
%%** [[ComicBook/{{Robin}} Jason Todd a.k.a. Red Hood]] has been called a rare male example.
* ''Marvel''
** ComicBook/BlackWidow is usually portrayed with having long toned yet shapely legs that are shown through her costumes (particularly a form-fitting cat suit).
** ComicBook/{{Psylocke}}. Whilst most X-Women are drawn in a manner that emphasizes their breasts, art of Psylocke focuses on her legs and butt.
** Comicbook/SheHulk. At seven feet tall, a good majority of Jennifer's height is in her gorgeous green gams, and the artists work that.
** Comicbook/{{Storm}} is usually shown to wear costumes that show her gorgeous long muscular yet shapely legs in addition to having a tall, muscular yet voluptuous build.
** Gwen Stacy and Mary Jane Watson, who both serve the role of the main love interests of ''Franchise/SpiderMan'', have very gorgeous long toned yet shapely legs.
** Queen, one of Spidey's enemies, wears a beautiful elegant black dress that shows off her legs to everyone. She has also shown to be adept with kicks in combat, though this isn't her main style of combat, catching Spidey off guard with a kick to the leg in their first fight and has kicked him across the face twice.
** The ComicBook/ScarletWitch has long toned yet shapely legs that are highlighted through the outfits that she wears (particularly a red bathing suit with a pink body suit).
** [[ComicBook/MsMarvel Captain Marvel]] has legs and while she doesn't use them, most of the time, she can. Carol's long muscular legs are usually emphasised through the original costumes (that were {{Stripperiffic}}) that she used as Ms. Marvel and the tights of her current skin tight outfit that she uses as Captain Marvel.
** ''ComicBook/YoungAvengers'' has Miss America Chavez, and she wears really short shorts.
* Caitlin Fairchild of ''Comicbook/{{Gen13}}'' has legs that are both long and thick.
* The outfits of the Guardians of Kandrakar of ''ComicBook/{{WITCH}}'' call for attention to the girls' shapely legs.

[[folder:Fan Works]]
* ''Fanfic/ACrownOfStars'': Asuka's legs are often Shinji's focus. In chapter 25, while they are having a serious -and, for once, civil- talk, Shinji has to force himself to not spend the whole time ogling to her legs:
-->''Asuka was waiting for him. Wrapped in a blood-red bathrobe and towel, she was curled up in the bed like a ruby cat, slender fingers tapping gently together as she watched him like a hawk as he carried the tray in. Good gods, she looked hot. Her oh gods long, smooth legs peeking out from the edge of the robe were—‘FOCUS, Ikari!’ He saw her eyebrow rise when she spotted the rose.''
* ''Fanfic/AdviceAndTrust'':
** At the beginning of chapter 3, Shinji sees Asuka wearing nothing but a towel. He tries very hard to not drool over her naked legs.
-->''A small part of his brain was concentrating on not dropping the hot pot on his feet, because most of it was trying not to drool helplessly over the way Asuka's long, smooth legs disappeared up under the hem of the towel, mixed in with memories of last night that said sight triggered.''
** Later in the story Rei Ayanami falls for both her fellow pilots and she also notes Asuka has beautiful legs:
-->''Shinji's deep blue eyes... Asuka's crystal blue ones... her long red hair... his sensitive hands... her long legs, his compassion, her fire, her heat...' ''
* ''Fanfic/DoingItRightThisTime'': In chapter 2 Asuka notices Rei has very nice legs.

* ''Manga/{{Evangelion 303}}'': During a moving party in chapter 3, [[http://eva303.smackjeeves.com/comics/910398/009/ Shinji constantly ogles to Asuka's legs]].
* ''Fanfic/GirlDays'': The narration notes several times that Akane has very nice legs. Even Ranma -who usually is prone to insult her- tells her she has beautiful legs.
* ''Fanfic/LastChildOfKrypton'': Shinji meets Asuka in chapter 2. During her first meeting, one of the first things he noticed about her were her very nice legs.
-->''He did his best to keep his eyes off Asuka, and he failed totally. Misato's description of her was a pale reflection, like the light of the moon in the ripples across a pond. She wore a yellow sundress and a ribbon at her pale throat and crossed long, supple legs in front of her.''
* In ''Fanfic/NeonGenesisEvangelionGenocide'', Shinji thinks that Asuka has very shapely legs.
-->Suddenly, Asuka called out, making Shinji jump and quickly avert his eyes. She pushed up on her arms and sat up, shapely legs folded beneath her.
* In chapter 9 of ''Fanfic/OnceMoreWithFeeling'', when a gust of wind billows Asuka's dress, Shinji notes that her legs are utterly gorgeous.
-->Because right now, despite knowing what was about to happen, despite being aware of the consequences… he found himself unable to look away as a gust of wind pushed across the flight deck, billowing Asuka's dress at her waist and giving the trio of young men in front of her a splendid view of her utterly gorgeous legs and white, lacey –probably cotton- undergarments-
* ''Fanfic/PokemonMaster'': During a scene, Misty and Ash are climbing an elevator shaft. Misty goes first, and she wears a very short and tight skirt, and knee-length boots, and Ash tries very hard to not look up and stare at her long legs moving and flexing above him.
* ''Fanfic/SOE2LoneHeirOfKrypton'': When Shinji saw Asuka's ''Comicbook/{{Supergirl}}'' costume for first time he noticed it showed off her gorgeous, muscled, long legs:
-->''A red miniskirt was held up with a yellow belt, and soon yielded to a pair of lithe legs that, from Shinji's perspective, seemed to go on forever. A pair of scarlet boots completed the ensemble.''
* ''Fanfic/PacificWorldWarIIUsNavyShipgirls'' has several ship girls' costumes showing them off, but the most notable examples would be most of the Light Cruisers and the Iowa sisters.

* Nani Pelekai from ''Disney/LiloAndStitch''. Chris Sanders likes to focus on that part of the feminine body.

* ''Film/ItHappenedOneNight'' (1934) might be the codifier for this trope, as it lets ClaudetteColbert [[ShowSomeLeg flash her leg]] at a passing car as an alternative to sticking out her thumb. It works.
* Surely the only reason for the scene in ''Film/BeatTheDevil'' where Gwen is shown in the crow's nest of the boat, stretching her long, shapely legs.

* ''Film/PrettyWoman'': Very clearly pointed out by Creator/JuliaRoberts' character. Important enough that they got a body double for the legs in the film's poster. Her thigh high boots add some extra appeal
* Parodied in ''Film/HotShots''. "I had them lengthened. Now they go all the way up." [[Film/HotShotsPartDeux The sequel]] parodied it as well with Michelle having apparently broken three Thighmasters with hers.
* Musicals from UsefulNotes/TheGoldenAgeOfHollywood literally without number. Creator/BusbyBerkeley, in particular, was devoted to this trope.
* A {{Fanservice}} moment in ''Film/NightNurse'' shows off Creator/BarbaraStanwyck's legs. Creator/JoanBlondell is even helping her take off her stockings!
* ''Film/{{No Man of Her Own|1932}}'': Babe (played by Creator/ClarkGable) checks out Connie's (Creator/CaroleLombard) legs while she reaches for some books (she's a librarian).
* Polly's bitchy and rude lover in ''Film/{{May}}'' has her legs drawn attention to a few times by the titular characters. [[spoiler: It doesn't turn out well for her.]]
* As seen in the page picture, Cyd Charisse had legs all the way up to ''there.'' The shot is from her cameo appearance in the "Broadway Melody" number in ''Film/SinginInTheRain,'' where she's introduced by way of her leg suddenly appearing right in front of Creator/GeneKelly's face.
** Cyd Charisse has been often accused of making herself a career as a MsFanservice using her famous legs. Almost all of her movies feature a long close up on them in her many dance sequences. Even the posters for her movies [[http://www.imdb.com/media/rm2184631296/tt0045537?ref_=tt_ov_i feature mainly her legs]].
* ''Film/TheLoveParade'' (1929) spends a good amount of time displaying Queen Louise (Jeanette [=MacDonald=])'s legs. In her first scene, she prances around in a nightgown with a transparent skirt. The camera [[MaleGaze lingers on her bare leg]] as she dips a toe into her bath to test the water. Later, to prove to the cabinet that a man might want to marry her for reasons beyond the political, she [[ShowSomeLeg hikes up her skirt to show them her legs]].
* Film/WomanOfTheYear: [[Creator/SpencerTracy Sam's]] first view of [[Creator/KatharineHepburn Tess]] is of her shapely leg as she adjusts her stocking. [[EatingTheEyeCandy He's impressed.]]
* In the movie ''Film/TheGraduate,'' and the poster for it, MrsRobinson shows off her legs. The [[CaptainObvious "Mrs. Robinson, you're trying to seduce me"]] scene has become part of the public imagination through PopCulturalOsmosis.
** Little known fact that the legs in question actually belonged to a body double. That body double was [[Series/{{Dallas}} Linda Gray]].
%%* [[SexySecretary Ulla]] in ''Film/TheProducers'' definitely counts.
* In ''Film/{{Road House|1948}}'', Creator/IdaLupino's character is introduced via her legs on a desk. She then proceeds to wear shorts so short that she gets called “legs”.
%%* Tony points this out about Elvira in ''Film/{{Scarface 1983}}''.
* ''Film/{{Grindhouse}}'' spends an exceptional amount of time showing off its female characters' legs (and in the case of ''Film/DeathProof'', the feet as well - considering it's a Creator/QuentinTarantino flick, [[AuthorAppeal no huge shock]]). This is especially important to Cherry Darling (who gets a rather awesome replacement) and Butterfly.
%%* Lili von Shtupp in ''Film/BlazingSaddles'', pointed out by Hedley.
* Marlene Dietrich, whom Lili von Shtupp parodies, shows her gams in almost ever movie of hers. ''Film/WitnessfortheProsecution'' had a special scene written just so Marlene Dietrich could show off her accordion. And her legs, of course.
* ''Film/SpyHard'': Parodies the trope with a long, long trip up some ridiculously long legs.
* Vicky Vale in the 1989 ''Film/{{Batman}}'' movie is introduced sitting with her legs conspicuously propped up on a desk, the rest of her mostly hidden from view by the newspaper she's reading. Alex Knox comments, "Hello, legs."
* ''Creator/ElviraMistressOfTheDark'':
--> "If they ever ask about me, tell them I was more than just a great set of boobs. I was also an incredible pair of legs!"
** There was actually a blooper show in the 1970's or early 1980's in which the first segment was replacing Elvira's wax statue at a museum with Elvira herself. A young boy (couldn't have been 10) walks up to the statue, says "Hello, hot stuff!" or something familiar, and feels Elvira's legs up.
* ''Film/HeroicTrio'': Creator/MaggieCheung's character. Emphasised in her introductory pose.
* At least three-quarters of Kristen Wiig's outfits in ''Film/{{Bridesmaids}}'' involve very short skirts or dresses displaying her long legs and several lines draw attention to them. (Usually in a more comedic way, but still.)
* Dancer/actress Juliet Prowse rose to prominence because Soviet leader Nikita Kruschev saw her dancing in the 1959 film ''Can-Can'' and immediately proclaimed her (''her'', not the film) "immoral and obscene". As they say, there's no such thing as bad publicity. From there, her career took off.
* A PimpedOutDress in ''Film/ThatLadyInErmine'' has a crinoline skirt that has nothing underneath, so that BettyGrable could lift it up and show off her famous legs.
* Julie Newmar was noted for having very nice, long legs, to the point she had them insured for $10 million.
%%* ''Film/SomeLikeItHot'', not surprising as it stars MarilynMonroe.
* ''Film/JamesBond''
** Pam Bouvier in ''Film/LicenceToKill'' has quite a nice set of stems, and she wears several dresses with sky-high slits over the course of the film to show them off.
** ''Film/{{GoldenEye}}'' has Xenia Onatopp and her MurderousThighs.
** Paris Carver from ''Film/TomorrowNeverDies''. The very first shot of her after she and Bond have sex is her rearranging her [[StockingFiller garters]].
** In ''Film/TheWorldIsNotEnough'', when Elektra King is [[spoiler: torturing]] Bond, her skirt reveals her legs in tights.
** In ''Film/FromRussiaWithLove'', Bond is using a periscope installed under the Soviet embassy to spy on a meeting inside, when Tatiana Romanova enters. He can't see her face, but what he can see impresses him greatly.
-->'''Karim Bey:''' How does she look to you?
-->'''James Bond:''' Well from this angle, [[DoubleEntendre things are shaping up nicely]].
* The ''Film/ResidentEvil'' films; In the first film, the camera is down low on Alice's body to view her legs. In the second film, in Jill Valentine's introduction, we get a very nice close up on her legs. In the fifth film, we have Ada. Leon couldn't even resist putting his hand on her leg.
* In ''Film/ScottPilgrimVsTheWorld'', we have Ramona in tights throughout most of the film and Envy when she performs on stage in the sexiest way possible.
* Happens a lot in ''Literature/{{Lolita}}'' (1997) thanks to the title character's habit of [[RebelRelaxation propping her feet up on tables and car dashboards]]. Fifteen year-old Creator/DominiqueSwain has great legs, but given the subject matter the MaleGaze aspects are rather disturbing (perhaps deliberately so).
* A RareMaleExample can be found in Creator/TimCurry in ''Film/RockyHorrorPictureShow''. The corset and fishnets really showcase them.
%%* Mystique. Her seduction of a prison guard in ''Film/X2XMenUnited'' shows it clearly.
* Dr. Laurel Weaver a.k.a [[spoiler:Agent L]] from ''Film/MenInBlack''. Kinda helps she was portrayed by Creator/LindaFiorentino.
%%* Creator/LauraDern as HotScientist Ellie Sattler in ''Film/JurassicPark''.
* Geena Davis (who is six feet tall and most of it leg) was made of this trope in the late 80s/early 90s. Notably in ''Film/TheAccidentalTourist'' and ''Film/ThelmaAndLouise''.
* Film/MaryPoppins shows a lot of leg in [[http://www.imdb.com/media/rm3195981824/tt0058331?ref_=ttmi_mi_typ_pos_1 the original poster]]. Doubles as a case of CoversAlwaysLie, as she never shows off her legs in the actual movie, except to a small degree in the "Step in Time" routine.
* Discussed about both Elizabeth (the twins' mother) and Meredith (the wicked stepmother-to-be) in the Creator/LindsayLohan remake of ''Film/TheParentTrap'':
** Martin (the James butler) suggests a LittleBlackDress for Elizabeth with her legs.
** A very drunk ("totally zonked!") Elizabeth attempts to get out of the cab at the hotel feet first, showing serious leg.
--> '''Martin''': Other end, Madam.
** After seeing Nick in the elevator, his arms wrapped around a young lady, Elizabeth refers to her as "luh-GHEE", the British pronunciation of "Leggy". (Alternatively, it's AccentUponTheWrongSyllable.)
* Sil from ''Film/{{Species}}'' thanks to her super model-like human form. A bouncer at a night club even refered to her as "Legs" when she enter the club.
* Madison from ''Film/{{Splash}}'' when she enters New York. The first thing she wore was was just a t-shirt, makes her legs show more.
* ''Film/MyNightAtMauds'': Vidal calls Maud out when she comes out of the side room dressed only in a man's long shirt.
--> '''Vidal''': You just wanted to show off your legs!\\
'''Maud''': Precisely! My only means of seduction.
* ''Film/TheWolfOfWallStreet'': Naomi as she teases Jordan

* In Louis Sachar's ''Dogs Don't Tell Jokes'', Gary Boone has an attractive teacher named Miss Langley whom he secretly calls "Miss Longlegs". (He accidentally uses the nickname [[DidIJustSayThatOutLoud out loud]] during his comedy routine at the climax of the book, but the audience and Miss Langley take it as a joke.)
* ''Literature/TheLongDarkTeaTimeOfTheSoul'': When Kate exits TheAllegedCar, it's noted that she has the kind of legs a film soundtrack editor would feel obliged to put [[{{Sexophone}} a smoky saxophone solo]] against.
* For a male example, see the ''[[Literature/TheWheelOfTime Wheel of Time]]'' series. Whenever a female character comments on a male character's attractiveness, it will usually involve admiring his legs, especially the calves.
* Literature/SisterhoodSeries by Creator/FernMichaels: Let's see. Lizzie Fox has them, Alexis Thorne has them, and Isabelle Flanders has them. There might be more, but those three are definitely noted for this trope.
* In ''Literature/AlasBabylon'', a brief flashback shows Randy meeting LoveInterest Libby. He pulled his boat up to her parents dock where she was out getting some sun. All he could see was her legs (which she considers her only asset).
--> '''Randy:''' Hello, legs.
--> '''Libby:''' [[GettingCrapPastTheRadar You must be Randy.]]
* It's not mentioned prominently or often, but Ellie Sattler in ''Literature/JurassicPark'' is noted to have a nice pair of legs. In fact it's the ''first'' thing Tim Murphy [[MaleGaze notices]] when he meets her. Malcolm outright tells her: "I could look at your legs all day."
* ''Literature/{{Rasp}}'' [[http://www.grantregan.com/files/image-51.jpg got 'em]].
* In ''Literature/TheBigSleep'', Marlowe spends quite a while admiring FemmeFatale Vivian's legs.
* It may not be literature but Franchise/DocSavage sidekick Monk Mayfair actually recognizes a disguised villainess by her legs.
* One of Literature/ElsabethSoesten's distinct characteristics are her long and shapely legs. The other two are her [[SignificantGreenEyedRedHead copper hair and green eyes]].
* In ''Literature/DinnerAtDeviantsPalace'', the protagonist is on a mission to rescue his ex-girlfriend when he meets the woman who will turn out to be the story's actual love interest; the first sign of her status is that despite himself he can't help noticing what nice legs she has.
* In ''Literature/TheGirlFromTheMiraclesDistrict'', [[BadassLesbian Nikita]] notes that Freya has very attractive legs, which the goddess likes to show off.

[[folder:Live Action Television]]
* ''Series/BuffyTheVampireSlayer'': Buffy possesses them. They get a good showing in "Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered".
** In the unaired pilot, we're introduced to our heroine via a MaleGaze look at what's below the hemline of her miniskirt.
* ''Series/TheBugaloos'': Joy was the subject of many a youngen's prepubescent crushes in TheSeventies, thanks mainly to her costume that really highlights her legs. If some people don't even remember this series, they're sure to remember Joy and her legs.
* On ''Series/HappyEndings'', Jane is tall and slender with legs that are almost constantly on display. This is pretty much invoked by the character, who usually wears very really short shorts and says she 'needs a lot of validation'. In one episode, she even mimics the Angelina Jolie Oscar leg-bomb.
* ''Richard Diamond'': In the 1950s detective show, Diamond's answering service lady Sam (played by Creator/MaryTylerMoore) was only seen from the legs down. When she posed for a magazine spread - fully clothed, but allowing viewers to put a face to the legs - she was fired and Roxanne Brooks replaced her.
* Sally on ''Series/ThirdRockFromTheSun''. Subverted in that Dick et al. say they're a ''failing'' of hers [[SoBeautifulItsACurse along with her perky breasts and long flowing locks]], and she agrees. Then Mary tries to cheer her up after a breakup by saying that she's got legs -- and Sally cuts her off, saying "You don't have to rub it in!" It is presumably because Sally is implied to be a rather macho male of the alien species early in the series.
** Her boyfriend, Don, defends his choice to date her with "Alright, so she's crazy. But she's got legs up to her face!"
* Creator/BebeNeuwirth, a dancer, has shown off her lovely legs as Lilith Sternin on ''Series/{{Cheers}}'' and ''Series/{{Frasier}}'' on numerous occasions. In an episode of ''Series/WillAndGrace'', she commented, playing herself, that she could pull her legs over her head.
* ''Series/DoctorWho'':
** Tegan Jovanka, Companion to the Fourth and Fifth Doctors, referred to herself as "a mouth with legs". And the Doctor Who Role-Playing Game gave each Companion a three-to-five word description; Tegan's included "great legs."
** Amy Pond. Her actress, Creator/KarenGillan, knows she has legs fit for this trope; it was her decision to stick to short skirts over wearing trousers most of the time to play up the {{fanservice}}.
*** In "[[Recap/DoctorWhoS32E1TheImpossibleAstronaut The Impossible Astronaut]]", the Doctor codenames River Song as "MrsRobinson," Rory as "The Nose," and Amy? [[LampshadeHanging "The Legs."]]
*** Or as Creator/NeilGaiman put it, "Karen's legs are impossible!"
*** Also lampshaded when the TARDIS [[ClingyJealousGirl shows Clara pictures of the Doctor's numerous female companions]].
---->'''Clara:''' Dear...God that woman is ''made'' of legs. That's the most legs in any living human!
** Lampshaded in ''[[Recap/DoctorWhoS34E5TimeHeist Time Heist]]''. Clara is wearing heels and a skirt, but the Doctor just thinks she needs the heels to reach a high shelf.
* In ''Series/TheJeffFoxworthyShow'', we get one episode in which the girls — Karen, Jeff's pregnant wife; [=DeeDee=], Wayne's girlfriend and former Louisiana stripper, and Gale, Karen's eternally depressed sister — have a girls' night where they put on make-up and dress up. The viewers see Karen hide behind a wall and shows nothing but leg in a way that shows she retains extreme flexibility despite pregnancy. Even HollywoodHomely Gale is shown to have some attractive legs. As for [=DeeDee=], she can be summed up by stripper music playing when she appears.
* Cerie from ''Series/ThirtyRock'': Her office attire, which usually includes a tiny denim miniskirt, is used for comedic effect as well as {{fanservice}}. The leggy outfits are a distraction to the male characters on the show, and Liz has confronted Cerie about her wardrobe to no avail.
** Also alluded to [[http://www.nbc.com/30-rock/video/introducing-ceries-vlog/1227240 in the character's short-lived web series]].
* Shannon from ''Series/{{Lost}}'' wears an assortment of shorts, skirts and bikinis, and was nicknamed "Sticks" by Sawyer because of her long legs.
* ''Series/EntertainmentTonight'' hostess Mary Hart had a special "leg light" under the anchor desk just to show hers off... and, as with many of the RealLife examples, hers were insured.
* While she was hosting alongside RegisPhilbin on what became ''LiveWithKelly'', KathieLeeGifford was ''well-known'' for displaying hers ("down there").
* ''Series/KeepingUpAppearances'': Despite being in her fifties, Mary Millar who played Rose had an amazing set of legs. Many of the characters even commented on them, with Emmett in particular calling her: "The one with the friendly legs."
* Despite his FanNickname of "Lil' Stumpy", Dean Winchester of ''Series/{{Supernatural}}'' has had a slow pan up his legs at least twice.
* ''Series/TheWestWing'': Amy Gardener said "I have wit, I have charm, I have brains, I have legs that go all the way down to the floor, my friend."
* Creator/MarciaGayHarden's character on ''Series/{{Damages}}'' spends a fair amount of time leisurely putting on her {{stocking|Filler}}s after trysts with different men. Nobody is complaining about this.
* ''Series/GossipGirl'''s Serena van der Woodsen, in keeping with her [[MsFanservice status on the show]], possesses such things and is fully aware of how to utilise them.
* ''Series/{{Glee}}'''s Rachel Berry. You'd figure at 5'2" they wouldn't be that impressive.
** [[TheCheerleader Santana Lopez, Brittany S. Pierce and Quinn Fabray]]. Although Quinn was no longer a cheerleader as the story progressed, her regular outfits were still able to show her nice gams.
* ''Series/{{Castle}}'': Katherine Beckett ''does'' show those legs of hers several times. And aren't we fans glad of it.
** Given a specific lampshading in Episode 4x10 'Cuffed':
--> Richard Castle: I always liked your legs, but now I respect them.
* ''Series/{{Chuck}}'' loves to remind viewers that Sarah has a killer set of legs. Her wardrobe frequently consists of swimsuits, bathrobes, short skirts, stockings, heels, and tight leather pants that all show off the shape of her legs, (with frequent [[MaleGaze camera focus on her stems]]) her fighting style often involves [[KickChick high kicks]], and the writers even worked in a BathKick. Accompanied by characters frequently commenting on Sarah's leggy-ness.
** Anna Wu had her share of leg focus in the first two seasons, as she tends to wear very short skirts and heels.
** And subsequently the ladies who go by the codename Greta, especially Creator/SummerGlau and Wrestling/StacyKeibler.
*** The introduction of Greta #1 (Creator/OliviaMunn) is via a slow pan up her legs. During a slow-motion walk towards Chuck and Morgan. [[WesternAnimation/FamilyGuy Giggety]].
* Ally Dawson from ''Series/AustinAndAlly'' is another example of a short girl with long legs.
** If we're going to be on the subject of Creator/DisneyChannel {{Kid Com}}s, then ''Series/{{Jessie}}'' certainly lives up to this trope too.
*** As do both Series/LivAndMaddie, what with their being twins. Is it a Disney requirement or something?
* As [[Series/{{Victorious}} Cat]] [[Series/SamAndCat Valentine]]'s male fans will tell you, Creator/{{Nickelodeon}} is no slouch in the "short girl with long legs" department either.
* Several of the female characters on ''Series/{{Revenge}}'' live and breathe this trope (Emily Thorne, Victoria Grayson, her daughter Charlotte, [[MsFanservice Amanda Clarke]]), but Ashley Davenport is the undisputed champ - there aren't many scenes she's in where her long, very sexy legs aren't on view. [[spoiler: Until her PutOnABus moment, anyway.]]
* Ruby in ''Series/OnceUponATime'', especially during the first half of season one when she was usually seen wearing a skimpy diner waitress outfit. Once her true nature is revealed, her mode of dress becomes more conservative, symbolic of her maturity. This is illustrated vividly in the season 2 episode "Welcome to Storybrooke" which features a flashback to the early Season 1 era and shows the character wearing her revealing outfits again.
* Even though Rayna Jaymes [[http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/nashville-wrong-song-music-video-connie-britton-hayden-panettiere-abc.jpg towers over]] Juliette Barnes on ''Series/{{Nashville}}'' - [[http://pmctvline2.files.wordpress.com/2013/01/nashville_0109_rayliette.jpg?w=640 for the]] [[ScullyBox most part]] - the latter matches the former in the "I've got legs and I know how to use them" department.
* In ''Series/{{Coupling}}'', Jeff falls in love with a woman after repeatedly seeing her leg (and, in one case, the back of her head) on the train a few rows ahead of him. Eventually fate puts the woman in the seat opposite him, and he strikes up a conversation with the words, "You look just like the back of your head." [[DiggingYourselfDeeper It gets worse from there]].
* In ''Series/PrettyLittleLiars'' -- a show with {{Fanservice}} everywhere already -- the camera always seems to find Spencer (Creator/TroianBellisario, daughter of Creator/DonaldPBellisario) wearing very short skirts or cutoffs, and making sure her legs are in full view.
* In an episode of ''Series/{{Zoboomafoo}}'' focused on creatures that live in sandy areas, we see Jackie walking along the edge of a beach in a bathing suit, and we're treated to a nice pair of long yet shapely legs.
* Eliza Dooley (played by Karen "[[Series/DoctorWho That woman is]] ''[[Series/DoctorWho made]]'' [[Series/DoctorWho of legs!]]" Gillan), the main character of ''Series/{{Selfie}}'', has stems till Tuesday.
* Kara "Series/{{Supergirl}}" Danvers has quite the set of pins on her, in and out of uniform; so does her boss (in season one, anyway) Cat Grant.
* ''Series/{{Riverdale}}'''s Cheryl Blossom and Veronica Lodge (and the latter's mother Hermione). This is not your father's Riverdale.
* This is one of the more obvious and inescapable fanservice elements in television {{News Broadcast}}s and {{Talk Show}}s.
** Taking this to a nearly-comical extreme are the female personalities on the Creator/FoxNewsChannel. All of them. This was apparently a [[http://wonkette.com/539031/roger-ailes-did-not-spend-all-that-money-on-a-glass-desk-to-not-be-able-to-see-your-snatch particular obsession]] for network president Roger Ailes (before he resigned for [[RuleOfCautiousEditingJudgment related reasons]]).

* Music/{{Amerie}}
* Music/MariahCarey even won a Legs Of a Goddess award for her legs.
* The lyrics to "You Walked In" by Music/{{Lonestar}} have this.
-->You Walked In
-->With legs up to your neck
* Music/LadyGaga seems to like to show them off in her videos.
* Music/FloggingMolly's "Devil's Dance Floor":
-->Her legs ran all the way
-->Up to heaven and past Avalon.
* Music/{{Zebrahead}}'s "With Legs Like That":

-->Every step she takes, my blood is flowing
-->Her legs go on and on for days...
* Music/HelloProject had a duo consisting of Fujimoto Miki and Matsuura Aya, called [[MeaningfulName GAM]], that was centred on this trope.
* We absolutely must mention Music/ZZTop's "Legs", which is of course both the {{Trope Namer|s}} and the source of the page quote.
* Music/VanHalen's "Drop Dead Legs".
* The Smithereens' "Behind The Wall of Sleep".
-->She had hair like Jeannie Shrimpton back in 1965
-->She had legs that never ended
-->I was halfway paralyzed
* "Leggy Blonde" by Music/FlightOfTheConchords.
* Florence Welch of Music/FlorenceandtheMachine. See the video for "Drumming Sound" for evidence.
** And what about "You've got the Love"? She clearly shows [[TropeNamer she's got the legs]] too.
* "Hot Legs" by Music/RodStewart.
* "So Alive" by Love and Rockets: "Your legs are strong and they're so, so long." Gloriously hammered home by [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ff5wxR081YQ the video]].
* "These Boots Are Made For Walkin'", anyone? Nancy Sinatra's legs definitely helped make her famous.
* Music/PixieLott arguably owes her career to this trope.
* Park Bom, of the Korean girl band Music/TwoNEOne, uses this trope as her primary fanservice, as she wears rather tight, and extremely short mini-dresses in nearly all of the band's music videos, as well as live performances. (Many fangirls and fanboys are simply waiting for the day that particular wardrobe malfunction rears it's head.)
* Australia's Music/{{Giulietta}} ''is'' this trope. [[http://marybelleb.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/Giulietta-160x300.jpg See]] [[http://userserve-ak.last.fm/serve/252/46412221.jpg for]] [[http://imgmf1.starnow.com/73/1380373_3790736.jpg yourself]].

* Music/IggyAzalea has a nice set of legs, shown off in the music video for "Fancy".
* Music/CharliXCX is also known for having lovely legs.
* [[http://loopgum.files.wordpress.com/2009/12/tinaturner-1.jpg Tina]] [[http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_jHDpBfBKbNE/TH_pbG3zrLI/AAAAAAAABLI/vYQpsiHymvo/s1600/RittsTinaTurner.jpg Turner's]] legs look better at age 50 than most people's do at 20. This is why they are legendarily insured by Lloyd's of London for $3.2 million.
* British singer Eliza Doolittle is well known for using this trope as FanService. She's rarely seen in her concerts, music videos and even in public without a [[DangerouslyShortSkirt miniskirt]] or [[WhoWearsShortShorts hotpants]].
* Famous among [[Music/TheBeatles Beatles]] fans are the placeholder lyrics [[Music/PaulMcCartney Paul [=McCartney=]]] used when he had the tune that would become "Yesterday", but not the words:
--> [[WordSaladLyrics Scrambled eggs]],
--> Oh, my baby, how I love your legs...
* Music/KylieMinogue is famous for her legs and bum, [[http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/1575818/Why-Kylie-Minogue-could-have-the-perfect-legs.html possibly proven by science]].
* K-Pop group DalShabet has a song called [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7jtMbtq8wT0 "Be Ambitious (Look at My Legs)."]] One of the key points of the choreography is even designed to focus all attention on their legs.
* Now that Music/ArianaGrande's left Nickelodeon, it's all systems go in this department.
* Music/GirlsAloud are fond of wearing short skirts and tight dresses, but Nadine Coyle is almost always styled in a mini-skirt or short shorts, even if the other girls are not.
* In "American Made" by the Oak Ridge Boys, the narrator's girlfriend is described as having "sexy long legs" and looking good in tight blue jeans.
* Spanish rapper Mala (Bad Girl) Rodríguez likes to flaunt her beautiful, perfectly shaped legs.
* Music/TheLonelyIsland's "You've Got The Look", concerning a WardrobeMalfunction that the fashionista singers have confused for a daring new trend.
-->She's got legs, and she knows how to use 'em

* Prominently featured on the backglass of ''[[Pinball/TheMachineBrideOfPinbot The Machine: Bride of Pin*Bot]]''.
** The Bride returns in the sequel, ''Pinball/JackBot'', showing off her legs on both the backglass and the playfield.
* In the original art for [[Creator/MidwayGames Bally's]] ''Pinball/{{Star Trek|Bally}}'', the left triangle bumper had a picture of a female crewmember sitting down with her bare legs prominently shown.

[[folder:Professional Wrestling]]
* Former Wrestling/{{WCW}}[=/=]Wrestling/{{WWE}} employee Wrestling/StacyKeibler was notable for having legs that took up half her height. She would rely on them in the ring as well, using them to choke other Divas by pinning them against the turnbuckle by the throat. In fact, one of her theme songs was a cover of ZZ Top's "Legs" sung by Music/KidRock.
** WhatCouldHaveBeen: "With Legs Like That" was originally intended for Stacy, but since she had left the company by then the theme was instead given to Maria. Stacy's legs were a favorite thing for the ''Series/DancingWithTheStars'' judges to praise, since it obviously gave her an advantage in dancing. Well, that and all the years of jazz, tap and ballet training she had, which was arguably how she got those legs to begin with.
* Wrestling/MichelleMcCool after her FaceHeelTurn showed what she'd been hiding under all the tomboy ring attire. Once the Wrestling/LayCool gimmick started off, her legs were on show practically every episode of Smackdown. Wrestling/{{Layla}} too since they wore matching outfits a lot of the time.
* There was actually a gimmick match called a "Legs Match" when Gibbons and Hill of ZZ Top themselves hosted Raw. It was just a regular wrestling match but the four ladies involved had to wrestle in short shorts. Two of the divas in it already wrestled in hotpants anyway, but that's beside the point.
** And the ring announcer for that match? Lilian Garcia. 'Nuff said.
%%* "The Ravishing Russian" [[Wrestling/RusevAndLana Lana]]
%%* Wrestling/SummerRae. So much.

* In ''Theatre/CityOfAngels'', the PrivateEyeMonologue's description of Alaura says that "only the floor kept her legs from going on forever." A later scene has her on a chaise longue with her stepson Peter oiling her bare legs.
* In ''Theatre/TheAddamsFamily'', Morticia tears the skirt of her dress so it can be pulled out of the way before she and Gomez tango.
-->'''Gomez''': Mi amor, creature of constant surprises! You have legs!
** Bebe Neuwirth, who originated the role on Broadway, got several wolf-whistles from the audience at this point.
* [[JustifiedTrope Ballet dancers]] playing [[TheVamp Odile]] have to seduce the audience as much as Prince Siegfried in ''Theatre/SwanLake''. Bonus points if she already happens tall, making her a StatuesqueStunner such as 5'9 [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p21n1xorjEs Zenaida Yanowsky]].
* The Radio City Christmas Spectacular. The Rockettes. It just wouldn't be the same without their famous routine with eye-high leg kicks in perfect unison in a chorus line, which they include at the end of every performance.
* The theatrical version of Disney's ''Theatre/TheLittleMermaid'' has Scuttle finally noticing about Ariel: "You got legs!" Unfortunately, Sebastian's response to this observation, despite ''meaning'' the same thing, is is not actually "Yah, but she don' know how to use dem."

** You can't help noticing Kyoko's legs, given how long and curvaceous they are. The entirety of [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OoY0pT4fcqU this vid]] not only showcases them (including her VictoryPose at the end), it shows you the reach and striking power they give her.
* Kasumi Todoh from ''VideoGame/ArtOfFighting'' and ''VideoGame/TheKingOfFighters'' series has been implied to have long, beautiful legs. Curious enough, in ''VideoGame/SnkVsCapcomSvcChaos'', her confrontation with Chun-Li started due to a misunderstanding when Chun-Li made an innocent comment about Kasumi's legs.
-->'''Chun-LI''': (Nice legs. She must tell me her secret).\\
'''Kasumi''': Huh? Menace! Yah!\\
'''Chun-Li''': Yeek! What's your problem?\\
'''Kasumi''': Silence! You tried to ambush me! I read your thoughts.\\
'''Chun-Li''': Hold on! I was just noticing your legs and... uh, oh!\\
'''Kasumi''': You dare insult me! Defend yourself!
* In ''[[VideoGame/BackToTheFuture Back to the Future: The Game]]'', according to Kid Tannen, Edna Strickland has some nice gams - though we never get to see for ourselves, as she's always wearing a long skirt that goes down to her ankles.
* ''VideoGame/{{Bayonetta}}'' is unmatched in the realm of video game women everywhere at ''12 heads tall''.
* ''VideoGame/BlazBlue'':
** Aside of her boobs, Litchi Faye-Ling also possesses long, slim legs which due to how she dressed (not really wearing pants and wears a {{Qipao}}) and her attacks involve a lot of kicking as well as stretching her legs out. One of the special picture arts in the game also gave a comment in vein of this ("While Litchi is more known for her boobs, she also possesses long, luscious legs")
** Tsubaki [[InnocentInnuendo has a nice pair]], if you believe what Litchi says:
--->''"[[ItMakesSenseInContext Oh my, YES! Your thighs, they're so smooth, so firm, so supple! Ah, it's nice to know that I still got it!]]"''
* ''VisualNovel/{{Danganronpa}}'':
** Kyouko Kirigiri.
** While Aoi Asahina's [[GagBoobs other attributes]] are the ones more showcased, her legs are nothing to sneeze at.
** As a male example, Byakuya Togami has fairly long legs. It's often joked by the fandom that he's over "60% leg".
* Quite a few outfits in the ''VideoGame/DeadOrAlive'' games are designed specifically to show off female fighters' legs, notably Lei Fang and Kasumi's default outfits. Special mention goes out to Kokoro's kimono in ''Dimensions'', which is technically worn incorrectly just to reveal her legs more often, and [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Jfzh2s3jlE and advert for DoA 3]].
* While she's [[BoobsOfSteel no slouch up top]], Velguirie of ''[[VideoGame/{{Deception}} Deception 4]]: [[UpdatedReRelease The Nightmare Princess]]'' has a lot of focus put on her legs. This even extends to gameplay, all her unique abilities use her legs in some way, like dashing or [[KickChick a lethal kick]].
* ''Franchise/FinalFantasy'':
** ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyVII'': Tifa's better known [[BoobsOfSteel for her rack]], but she's got a [[http://static.zerochan.net/Tifa.Lockhart.full.414887.jpg sizzling]] pair of legs to. In ''VideoGame/CrisisCore'', the former owner of 7th Heaven said he was looking for a new bartender with (quote): [[LampshadeHanging "big breasts and long legs!"]] to take over the place. Guess who got the job?
** Rikku from ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyX'' and ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyX2'' also. In every game she appears in she is introduced by a long, loving pan up her very long legs. She seems to flaunt it, too, as she dresses in miniskirts and hotpants wherever she goes, including battle.
** ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyXIII'':
*** Vanille, who is not shy about it. Her promotional pictures feature her stretching out her legs.
*** Lightning. The cover of the game features her showing a lot of leg.
** In ''VideoGame/DissidiaFinalFantasy'', [[VideoGame/FinalFantasyVI Terra]] has four outfits. She wears tights in her base outfit, but her three alts all remove them, leaving her legs exposed -- and there's a lot of them ''to'' expose. Tifa and Lightning also return.
%%* Jam Kuradoberi from ''VideoGame/{{Guilty Gear}}''.
* ''VideoGame/HauntingGround'': Fiona's got 'em and the game [[MaleGaze makes certain that you see plenty of them]], especially during cutscenes when she's huddled on the floor in fright. And her [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lDicKMMZTjg "Under the Scalpel" costume]] reveals even more of them and adds FootFocus for good measure.
* In ''VideoGame/JadeEmpire'', if you have Dawn Star in your party when you first meet Black Whirlwind, Whirlwind will make some comments on Dawn Star's legs. Her response? "Would you like to see the damage these legs can inflict firsthand?"
* Of all the girls in ''VideoGame/LeagueOfLegends'', Elise has by far the most prominent legs, including [[ChorusGirls a vigorous can-can]] for her /dance emote. This is unsurprising (and more than a bit disturbing) considering her title is [[GiantSpider "the Spider Queen"]], and she has [[BodyHorror multiple spider legs sprouting from her back]] even when she's ''not'' in [[VoluntaryShapeshifting her giant spider form]].
* A rare male example is Ghirahim from ''VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaSkywardSword''. His lower half is constantly being emphasized in some sort of camera shot. This is seen when he walks or when he's just being dramatic.
* ''VideoGame/Persona5'': The silhouette of Tae Takemi's legs are prominently displayed whenever you're browsing through her shop menu.
* ''Franchise/{{Pokemon}}''
** Some of the female characters give this impression. Most notable examples include Skyla and Misty.
** Aromatisse in ''VideoGame/PokemonXAndY'' gives off this impression with the leg underneath the fluffy "skirt" that it's holding up. Of course, since the legs are basically pink nubs, and the fact that they have an equal gender ratio, the effect leaves much to be desired.
** Bounsweet is a walking magosteen that doesn't appear to be this trope at first, but as it evolves, it becomes more humanoid and once it evolves into Tsareena, its legs are [[KickChick very powerful]] and attractive enough that its used in beauty commercials.
* ''VideoGame/RivalSchools'': [[DeadlyDoctor School nurse]] and fellow KickChick Kyoko Minazuki from the games. She wears a short skirt that shows them off.
* Nohime, from ''VideoGame/SengokuBasara'', has a nice, shapely pair of legs, and isn't shy about showing them off with her kimono slitted to the thigh. Especially when she starts shooting at you...
* The titular character of ''VideoGame/{{Shantae}}''. Her outfit bare a similarity to Princess Jasmine. Plus,she's a belly dancer.
* ''[[VideoGame/SkiesOfArcadia Skies of Arcadia: Legends]]'': The cutscene where Vigoro finds [[PirateGirl Aika]] alone in her cell at the Grand Fortress, includes a pan shot of her legs [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RBbu7tA0bcw (seen at 2:21-2:24)]], [[FirstPersonPerspective from his perspective]]. He smirks and notes she has a nice pair, with curves to match, then corners her and [[spoiler: [[PrisonRape tries to rape her]]]].
* ''[[VideoGame/SoulSeries Soul Calibur]]'': Many of the women would qualify, but [[{{Tomboy}} Seong Mina]] is the most notable example; particularly in ''SC III'', where her legs are noticeably shapely and athletic. Which is best seen during her ending [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_eLZbpmugng (pause at 0:19)]] and [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5MzaVxopQEw Yun Seong's]].
* The novels indicate that this is what Jim Raynor was thinking about Sarah Kerrigan during the "I finished scouting the area and--''[[DirtyMindReading you pig!]]''" scene in ''VideoGame/StarCraft''. The player can't actually tell, considering she's a low-detail sprite, but promo shots for the {{Vaporwear}} ThirdPersonShooter ''[=StarCraft=]: Ghost'' indicate that Ghost uniforms are practically painted on.
* ''VideoGame/StreetFighter''
** Chun-Li is (in)famous for her legs, because she's a KickChick, and because of her legendarily thick-muscled "Thunder Thighs".
** Sakura, also a KickChick, pulls this off quite well, her legs rivaling Chun-Li's.
** Elena. Even [[ExtremityExtremist all her moves]] [[KickChick are kicks]], just to show off her legs.
** Cammy's legs aren't as impressive, but they do receive special attention due to her outfit and her move-set, (spectacular rear end however).
** Crimson Viper started out wearing [[http://xbox360media.ign.com/xbox360/image/article/855/855941/street-fighter-iv-20080229102450443.jpg long pants]] during her first years of Street Fighter 4, but after numerous requests from fans, Capcom finally gave her a skirt with a split seam as her 3rd alternate costume. And boy, [[http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-N6jBvzOFNa0/ThC_9AbIqwI/AAAAAAAAAtg/rF24LTzy9SM/s1600/CViper4.jpg does she have legs]].
** Poison wears [[WhoWearsShortShorts short shorts]] which proudly show off a beautiful pair of legs.
* Princess Peach in ''Franchise/SuperMarioBros'':
** Her [[http://www.mariowiki.com/images/6/69/ShogakukanSpecial-MissPeach.jpg bikini artwork]] from the first part of the official Japanese ''Super Mario World'' strategy guide, meant to be how she was last seen on vacation before going missing.
** The dress that she wears in this [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R78ZutXsMn0 Super Mario All-Stars Japanese commercial]] show her legs vey well.
** When she wears a leotard in the ''Mario & Sonic'' series, as seen in her [[http://www.mariowiki.com/images/thumb/1/1d/MASATLOG_Peach_art.png/542px-MASATLOG_Peach_art.png artwork]] for London 2012.
* TheStinger for ''VideoGame/SuperMarioGalaxy'' showed a brief glimpse of Rosalina's legs underneath her dress.
* ''[[VideoGame/TalesOfVesperia Tales of Vesperia]]'': Gauche and her twin sister, Droite's, legs are very well developed for a couple of girls [[JailBait their age]]. Which is further emphasized by the miniskirts and high-heeled boots they wear, along with [[MaleGaze close-ups]] of their hips and thighs during cutscenes.
* ''Franchise/TombRaider'': Lara Croft spends most of the time facing away from the screen, during gameplay, so you'll be spending an equal amount of time with your eyes glued on her khaki covered backside and her legs.
* ''VideoGame/{{Undertale}}'': Another rare male example. [[spoiler:Mettaton EX]]'s form is basically that of a glam-rock star. During his essay question, if you praise his legs, he'll state that it was the correct answer and give you the highest possible "writing" rating bonus.
-->''"Who needs arms with legs like these?"''

* ''VisualNovel/LittleBusters'': Kurugaya's first CG - a low-angled shot from the front of her sitting down with her legs crossed - seems practically designed to show off her ZettaiRyouiki, [[FanService and it probably was]]. However, most of the time the focus is placed [[BuxomIsBetter elsewhere]].

* ''Webcomic/BadMoonRising'' has Chloe, with her long legs and a preference for clothes that show them off.
* ''Webcomic/{{Lackadaisy}}'': An unnamed character was remarked upon as having "gams up to your eyeballs!" It was mostly a joke to demonstrate one character's unfamiliarity with the slang of the era, but considering all that is ever shown of the girl is her legs...
* ''Webcomic/SandraOnTheRocks'' has a lot of attractive female characters -- it ''is'' set in the world of modelling -- but Lavali, a ShrinkingViolet who works as a computer games industry gopher, is the one who attracts the nickname "Legs" from another character, and who is drawn to fully justify the compliment.
* ''Webcomic/StickyDillyBuns'' has Ruby, a [[SourPrudes prudish]] {{nerd}} who manages to be very attractive without especially trying, and whose legs are especially emphasized by both the art and the writing. She's seen first in a DangerouslyShortSkirt (for reasons of plot), subsequently switches to a pair of designer jeans that attract the admiration of every straight male she passes, and has been known to flash some leg when taking a selfie in an uncharacteristic moment of vanity.
* In, ''Webcomic/UncommonAnimals'', Jennelle might be MsFanservice, but Terry's skirt has a slit up to her [[http://uncommonanimals.thecomicseries.com/comics/13 thigh]].
* ''WebComic/VampireCheerleaders'': You don't get to see Charlotte's legs very often, [[ShrinkingViolet because she's shy]] and dresses conservatively. But Ian Cang (the comic's artist, at that time) more than made up for it with [[http://www.vampirecheerleaders.net/strips-vc/raiding_the_lita_collection the main panel, here]], which had the readers [[http://www.pixietrixcomix.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=72&t=12570 almost unanimously thanking him for it!]]

[[folder: Web Original]]
* Cheesecake, of the ''Roleplay/GlobalGuardiansPBEMUniverse'', has the power of hot legs, and she uses it to mentally manipulate weak-willed men.
* Tennyo, of the ''Literature/WhateleyUniverse'', has been described several times as having disproportionately long legs given her 5'3" height.
* WebVideo/TheNostalgiaCritic is dressed as Link in ''WebVideo/SuburbanKnights''. The fact that he's wearing a short tunic with no pants or tights gets a lot of [[FemaleGaze attention]] from the camera, although Doug said later he was in so much pain from the cold that it wasn't worth it.
* ''WebAnimation/{{RWBY}}'' regularly treats viewers to lingering shots of [[TheLancer Weiss Schnee]]'s very long and athletic legs, visible thanks to her DangerouslyShortSkirt. Taken even further in the Volume 4 post-TimeSkip costume change, as her dangerously short skirt becomes even more dangerously short, and she swaps her boots for dainty looking shoes. [[TheBigGuy Yang]] and [[BigBad Cinder]] also get in on this as well.
* Even though [[http://www.wikifeet.com Wikifeet]] is a [[PeripheryDemographic foot fetish website]], it contains a lot leg shots of female celebrities.

[[folder:Western Animation]]
* The Creator/{{Filmation}} animated TV series of the 1970s and 1980s were ''loaded'' with female characters often depicted wearing mini-skirts and swimsuit-like outfits designed to show off their legs. Shows featuring characters with this particular "superpower" (just a few of many): ''WesternAnimation/{{Flash Gordon|1979}}'', ''WesternAnimation/SheRaPrincessOfPower'', ''WesternAnimation/HeManAndTheMastersOfTheUniverse1983'' (not to mention both the live-action and animated versions of ''ComicBook/{{Isis}}'' featured in various Filmation shows).
* Creator/HannaBarbera is fond of this trope: [[Franchise/ScoobyDoo Daphne Blake]], [[WesternAnimation/TheAmazingChanAndTheChanClan Suzie Chan]], [[WesternAnimation/ButchCassidyAndTheSundanceKids Merilee]] and all the main girls on ''WesternAnimation/JosieAndThePussycats'' are just a few examples.
* ''WesternAnimation/AlvinAndTheChipmunks''
** Jeanette has a cute pair of stems, which is helped by a pleated miniskirt being part of her signature wardrobe. ''WesternAnimation/TheChipmunkAdventure'' and ''WesternAnimation/AlvinAndTheChipmunksMeetTheWolfman'' further emphasize this; in the former, we're treated to a number of PantyShots as well as being treated to a sexy harem outfit, while in the latter Jeanette is at one point seen in an incredibly short dress ''and'' boots.
** Brittany too, as almost all of her wardrobe consists of short skirts or shorts. During [[WesternAnimation/AlvinAndTheChipmunks the 80s series]] in particular, legwarmers were her trademark.
* On an episode of ''WesternAnimation/AmericanDragonJakeLong'', Jake's friend [[TokenBlack Trixie]] becomes a cheerleader. When her friends see her in a revealing miniskirt for the first time ''[[DistractedByTheSexy this]]'' is their reaction. One of them goes on to talk about her legs for a while afterward, questioning why she never showed off her legs before.
* Hello Nurse from ''WesternAnimation/{{Animaniacs}}'', as noted during her eponymous musical number:
--->"...she's got legs, like Astaire..."
* Black Widow from ''WesternAnimation/AvengersAssemble'' wears a very form-fitting SpyCatSuit that highlights her long muscular yet shapely legs (along with her voluptuous yet muscular body and buxom breasts).
** Titania and She-hulk in ''WesternAnimation/HulkAndTheAgentsOfSMASH''. Just like their comic counterparts.
* Parodied in a ''WesternAnimation/FamilyGuy'' CutawayGag with Peter's great-aunt [[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin Legs Go All The Way Up Griffin]]. She's just a head on a pair of legs.
* [[WesternAnimation/RandyCunninghamNinthGradeNinja Randy Cunningham]] is [[http://i1209.photobucket.com/albums/cc397/AnnikaDoll/Picture41.png a rare guy example]] of this trope.
* Asajj Ventress and the Nightsisters in general from ''WesternAnimation/StarWarsTheCloneWars''.
* Marge in ''WesternAnimation/TheSimpsons'', when she and Homer get "frisky". This is explicitly mentioned by Lenny in one episode.
--->"She's got legs from here to yah-yah!"
* ''Franchise/DCAnimatedUniverse'':
** Mercy Graves, Lex Luthor's [[BodyguardBabes bodyguard/chauffeur]]. She wears a [[DangerouslyShortSkirt ridiculously short dress]] (or a tight shirt with tight pants) that shows off her long shapely legs.
** Lois Lane. Seems like whenever Lois is on screen, [[MaleGaze it's a full-length point of view]].
** The legs seem to be the go-to sexually arousing body part in the DCAU, where you can't mention the boobs or the booty in that sense. Like how [[MyEyesAreUpHere B'wana Beast first met Zatanna]] (the quote is in the link) in ''WesternAnimation/JusticeLeague Unlimited'', for example.
** Black Canary has long toned yet shapely legs and they are highlighted by the trademark fishnet stockings of her outfit.
** Zatanna has her long shapely legs highlighted by the fishnet stockings of her skimpy costume.
** Wonder Woman tends to wear a strapless body suit or other outfits (such as beautiful dresses, skin tight pants, Themysciran armor, or dress skirts) that highlight her long toned yet shapely legs.
* Mary Jane and Felicia Hardy/ [[ComicBook/{{BlackCat}} Black Cat]] in ''WesternAnimation/SpiderManTheAnimatedSeries''.
* In ''WesternAnimation/TotalDrama'' several female cast members have long legs, making up for more than half of their height. In particular, Heather and Katie show theirs off with [[WhoWearsShortShorts short shorts]], while Izzy shows hers off with her skirt/wrap. And then there's Jasmine, who seems about 90% legs, and stands OneHeadTaller than the entire cast.
* Femmes in ''WesternAnimation/{{Transformers}}'' have legs, and they actually vary in build enough that some are more worthy of this trope than others.
** Arcee in G1 has pretty fine legs.
** Unsurprisingly, Blackarachnia in both incarnations has much more emphasis places on her legs than her bust.
** Worryingly, in ''WesternAnimation/TransformersPrime'', yes, we know Starscream's a guy. But there's little doubt that he's got the best legs in the franchise yet, making up almost two thirds of his height and the most distinctive feature of his art.
*** In one episode the humans are standing on one side of a rising shutter and they see a pair of elegant robot legs sporting heel-like extensions. They initially believe it to be the only female Autobot, Arcee, coming to their aid. Nope, it's [[TheVoiceless Soundwave]].
** ''Animated'' Bumblebee practically has gymnast's legs. Shown in his transformation sequence.
* In ''WesternAnimation/WinxClub'' almost the entire female cast is drawn with supermodel long legs.
* Played for laughs in the ''WesternAnimation/WoodyWoodpecker'' cartoon ''A Fine Feathered Frenzy.'' Gorgeous Gal, an overweight and elderly crow wanted to marry Woody Woodpecker the second she laid eyes on him. The wealthy widow loved young woodpeckers so whenever the opportunity presented itself she grabbed him and lavished him with kisses or tried to seduce him. At one point she gets glamed up really nice with a red dress, pearls and a slightly better wig. When Woody spots her he smiles so he may have taken an interest in this new look. Sitting in a chair she offers the Woodpecker with her sexy voice, "Cheescake?" She hikes up her skirt and reveals her crossed legs. She is wearing black panty house with black heels to match, but her legs are as skinny as toothpicks! With crossed eyes and a toothy grin the confused and horrified Woodpecker hops away.
** Also used for comedy in the Woody Woodpecker short "Witch Crafty." An elderly red haired witch hikes up her skirt to reveal her left leg that is quite shapely, to the effect that it causes a member of the audience to whistle. Later on she reveals her right leg which is really lumpy and disgusting.
* While all the females in the ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyEquestriaGirls'' franchise are quite leggy (mostly due to art style), an odd case can be seen with the native human Twilight Sparkle in ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyEquestriaGirlsFriendshipGames''. Not even her Equestria counterpart has the kind of legs she has. The human versions of [[StatuesqueStunner Celestia and Luna]] have ridiculously long legs which not even suit pants can disguise.
* Raven from ''WesternAnimation/TeenTitans'' has some curvy legs.
** ''WesternAnimation/TeenTitansGo'' played this on the episode "Legs" where Raven without her cloak uses her legs more to fight crime, even showing them off. Beast Boy seems to like her legs, as she became Lady Legasus.
* April O'Neil from ''WesternAnimation/TeenageMutantNinjaTurtles1987'' best seen when in her nightgown or the few occasions when she'd wear skirts or shorts, in one episode in which she is held hostage by an Egyptian themed villain who makes her wear a slave girl outfit that shows off her legs, when Raphael rescues her his first reaction is to let out a {{WolfWhistle}}.
* WesternAnimation/BettyBoop was the earliest animated example of this trope as her signature [[TheFlapper flapper dress]] always showed off her curvaceous legs. Her legs were also often focused on whenever there was a joke centered around the [[StockingFiller garter belt]] she wore on her left thigh.
