* In ''Theatre/CrossRoad'', Niccolo Paganini's butler Armand has no problem with giving him frank advice. He tells Niccolo what he thinks of Niccolo's new patron, Princess Elisa Bonaparte and her bad reputation (until he realizes she's [[RightBehindMe right behind him]]). He also argues with Niccolo, trying to get him to do something to save his life from the DealWithTheDevil that he's made. But he does truly care for Niccolo, and when Niccolo falls asleep, he sings [[https://youtu.be/A70D9sBOSuU?si=32swKPLtJaVw6oq7 "Prayer of Rage"]], begging God to spare Niccolo, as he might not be an angel, but he's not a demon either, he's just a flawed human like anyone else. Creator/KoichiYamadera reprised the role from the original reading play in both the 2022 and 2024 runs of the musical.

** [[OnlySaneMan Haskill]] from ''The Shivering Isles'' ExpansionPack for ''[[VideoGame/TheElderScrollsIVOblivion Oblivion]]'' is the Chamberlain of Sheogorath (the [[MadGod Daedric Prince of Madness]]) and a DeadpanSnarker without peer. Partway through the questline, you get the ability to summon him for sass (and questline advice) on demand. [[spoiler:He'll even snark at you while giving you Sheogorath's shrine quest if you decide to do it after you've ''become'' Sheogorath, lampshading how you're praying to yourself like a loony.]]

** K9 frequently managed to be incredibly snarky despite being a supposedly monotone robot dog, such as in this exchange from ''[[Recap/DoctorWhoS15E6TheInvasionOfTime The Invasion of Time]]''.
