Doujinshi Index
aka: Doujinshi

Doujinshi is a very diverse beast. The only real "rule" is that they have to be an amateur publication; that's the literal translation of the word, after all. Most users at TV Tropes care about the ones based on existing source material to the point that they're technically copyright violations. This index is a catalog of such doujinshi, classified by the works they're based off of.

Please don't mistake a doujinshi's inclusion on this page as being some sort of vindication of it as being a piece of art. Remember that we're a wiki for all trope-based fiction, good or bad. As Edit Tip #12 says, whether or not something is liked has nothing to do with tropes. In other words, while many of the fics listed below are considered notable by a number of tropers, that can mean that the fic in question is very, very bad.

Note that since this is intended to be an index of fics with pages; a Red Link will be frowned on and given a very brief (week or two) grace period before being removed. Start the page for the fic if you think it should be in this index.

This page is for doujinshi and authors only. Other types of fan work belong on the subpages of Fan Work (Fan Film, Fan Vid, Filk Song, and so on) and Indie Game. We're working on moving the misplaced works — help Fan Films, Fan Vids, Indie Games and others get to their correct index!

All are listed by source material, followed by the name of the doujinshi.
