After Story is a Puella Magi Madoka Magica mostly work-safe Yuri doujinshi. It tells the story of Mami, Sayaka, and Kyouko's time in the afterlife. This doujinshi has absolutely nothing to do with Clannad After Story.
After Story provides examples of:
- Demonic Possession: Near the end of the doujinshi, both Sayaka and Kyouko somehow are able to temporarily possess Madoka's and Homura's bodies
- Doujinshi: It turns out most of the story was Madoka writing a Kyouko/Mami/Sayaka doujinshi in hopes that they will "be happy".
- Secret Relationship: Sayaka worries that Mami will find out about her and Kyouko's relationship.
