See You In The Cosmos is a book by Jack Cheng about Alex Petroski, an eleven year old boy who lives in Rockview, Colorado with his mother and dog named after his hero, Carl Sagan. At the beginning, he is preparing for SHARF, the southwest high-altitude rocket festival. He goes there with his dog, Zed—who only communicates via chalkboard—and Steve, Zed's roommate.
