In 1040, the World as we know is the same..or most of it. There was but a Prince exiled from his realm, he was ambitious and tolerant.This Prince sends an entourage before himself, who find themselves on a presumed uninhabited island, these people mend their boats and return.The Prince happy decides to move to the Island with his force, and establish his own Kingdom.
Only the kingdom was already occupied by natives, the Gyprii tribe. There are also Arabs who ended up their ages ago and use the island as a trade station before moving towards Al-Andalus.
This Kingdom would move through the centuries and host the Byzantines, Ottomans, English and the French. Ultimately, being kicked by the President of the new 'Republic of Parkducentrale'.

This timeline provides examples of:
- Arranged Marriage: Most of the history is of Mediaeval times. So all if not most marriages were in fact Daddy's plans to get more titles to brother.
- Feuding Families: Initially, the Komnenoi turn up at the Arpad domain and went took the homeowners head (RIP King Farkas Arpad). Later however things settled between the dynasties.
- Founder of the Kingdom: Peter I is the literal example of this trope.
- The Kingslayer: Literally, Emperor Paul I had predecessor King Peter I beheaded.
- The Migration: That is how Hungarians landed up in midst of the Mediterranean.
- Nobility Marries Money: More appropriately titles and lands.
- Offing the Offspring: Averted. Emperor Paul's dad, Emperor John Komnenous did try though, but failed. However, the dynasty did get some new territory through this.
- Private Military Contractors: The Emirs have had their private volunteer army since 1040 at least.
- Rags to Riches: Fahrettin Paşan and most of the Beylerbeys of Alpsunguroğlu family.
