Freckleface Strawberry is a children's book written by Julianne Moore and illustrated by LeUyen Pham. It was published in 2007.

The book stars a little girl with red hair and freckles. She absolutely loathes this, especially her freckles, because all the kids in her school call her Freckleface Strawberry. So there's only one thing to do; get rid of her freckles.

  • Babies Ever After: The end of the first book shows that when Freckleface grew up, she had two children, who did not inherit her freckles.
  • Blatant Lies: "I'm wearing makeup", says Freckleface while covered in marker.
  • Childish Tooth Gap: Freckleface has a tooth or two missing.
  • Defeat Means Friendship: After taking him down a peg in Dodgeball Bully, Freckleface and Windy Pants Patrick become best friends.
  • Girlish Pigtails: Freckleface's main hairstyle, though she also rotates between having it down and wearing a Tomboyish Ponytail.
  • Girls vs. Boys Plot: Best Friends Forever, where a wedge is driven between Freckleface and Patrick because the other kids don't think boys and girls can be friends.
  • Loose Tooth Episode: In "Loose Tooth!", Freckleface has a loose tooth and she is told that if she manages to get it out at school, she'll get a necklace from the nurse. At the end of the book, she succeeds.
  • No Name Given: The majority of the cast don't have names, and Freckleface's real name is never revealed.
  • Pink Means Feminine: The adult version of Freckleface at the end of the first book wears a pink blouse.
  • Redheads Are Uncool: Freckleface Strawberry gets bullied for her red hair.
  • Significant Green-Eyed Redhead: The title character, in addition to her red hair and freckles, has green eyes.
  • Youthful Freckles: Freckleface has 'em. She doesn't want 'em. So she tries to get rid of 'em.
