- Ki: Qi in this story is energy from the Heavens, and can often take the form of motes that can be absorbed into the body.
- Wizards Live Longer: Played with. While a cultivator would live much longer than normal humans, someone who appears younger are more feared. This is because it takes centuries to millennia to try and progress through stages, if you even can. As such, having someone who appeared much younger being at a higher stage is terrifying to even elders.
