  • The theme song. It's one of the warmest and sweetest songs you'll ever hear.
  • Any time Yeongsuk stands up for Saebyeok.
  • Although Soyeong's relationship with Yunhui is initially played for comedy early on, we find out about her past: Soyeong had her daughter when she was 18, and she became a recluse from everyone close to her. Yunhui's the only real love that she has (aside from Taeyeong).
  • In episode 43, after Saebyeok's kitchen model gets ruined, Taepung, Yeongsuk, and Daejin all band together to help her remake/fix the model before the deadline. It's nice to see the family bonding even in a state of emotional unrest, let alone to a person who isn't even in the family.
  • Taepung turning in Saebyeok's kitchen model so she doesn't miss the deadline for the Lohas contest.
  • In episode 44, after telling her off in the previous episode about what she's done to her life, Saebyeok still gives Bukjo 10,000 won, even when she tries to dissuade her.
  • In episode 44, we discover the motives behind Saebyeok's dream of kitchen design: the idea of having a family coming together to share a meal, which is what she always wanted in the orphanage she grew up in and now has the chance to live with through the Kim family.
  • In episode 55, when Yeonsil presents Daegu with a divorce settlement, he finally admits his wrongs in being a good husband, and tries to put his stamp on the paper, confirming the divorce, as he feels it'll be her last wish and the last good thing he can do for her. Yeonsil is immediately surprised, not expecting him to actually do it.
  • In episode 56, when Saebyeok and Hosae spend the night at a stranger's house after they get lost in the woods, Saebyeok goes outside to find Hosae sleeping without any sheets on a table of some sort. She then takes her blankets and puts them on Hosae.
  • In episode 69, Hosae and Saebyeok's hour of fun together, presented in an adorable Good-Times Montage.
  • In episode 75, Hosae defending Saebyeok after she's told to go to Russia or give up her job.
    "Don't go. Stay with me."
