- Sunburst mentions how he and Twilight are writing a book together. Though Starlight is jealous a bit she doesn't lash out at him or Twilight for it or try to force herself on Sunburst when he is asleep, saying that Twilight really is amazing.
- Sunburst later affirms to Starlight that even though he is helping Twilight, there is nothing more between them. This leads to the two of them slowly leaning in toward each other only to be interrupted by Spike's sudden arrival.
- Starlight and Sunburst trying to encourage Spike that Twilight is his mom. Though he unfortunately does not listen, partly due to being affected by Sombra.
- After putting Spike to sleep, Starlight and Sunburst talk more in the hallway until Starlight suddenly starts leaning in to Sunburst. With a quick "shut up" from her she closes the gap between them and kisses him, and he immediately closes his eyes and kisses her back. After their liplock, Starlight tries to get him to invite her to his room.
- Unfortunately the romantic moment doesn't last when Starlight immediately makes Sunburst tell her why he never wrote to her when he went to magic school.
- Sunburst making Flurry Heart her bottle for her late at night, and soon after Flurry wanting to be held by her Aunt Twilight. She clearly loves both her Aunt and Crystaller.
- Twilight tries to read to Flurry Heart in the morning with Spike. Flurry actually can't wait for her to start and excitedly holds the book while squealing for Twilight to start.
- Sunburst trying to calm Flurry Heart down after Twilight leaves her alone to check on Spike.
- Sunburst apologizes to Starlight for what he said about her the previous night, both during their argument and what she overheard him say to Twilight. He encourages her that she can successfully cast a potentially dangerous spell, and kisses her on the forehead.
