• The moment when Pete first turns over leadership of the ButterCreamers to Scott. The fact that Scott is confused, while everyone else adamantly approves is very touching.
  Pete: Now, in my last official act as President, I would like to nominate Scott to be President of the ButterCreamers in my absence.
  Scott: Why do you want to nominate me?
  'Pete: All in favor say aye?
  Everyone other than Scott: Aye!

• In the first one, this scene.
  Scott: [after Pete has trashed a local store] I'm confused, Pete. What do you want?
  Pete: [paraphrased] I WANT YOU TO HATE ME! BECAUSE I HATE MYSELF!
  Scott: Pete, you're my friend! I can't hate you!
• And then there's the ending where it's revealed that when Pete went back to his aunt's, he started his own Buttercream Gang in her neighborhood.

• Eldon has a good moment the end of the second movie.
  Eldon: [after he's given enough money to save Mr. Grafts house] No sir, this is for Mr. Graft. I've always been rich.
