  • Once it's clear that Vee is just a refugee instead of a deliberate infiltrator, the Avengers treat her fairly well.
  • Vee quickly bonds with Camila once they officially meet. Eventually Camila formally adopts the basilisk.
  • Doctor Strange's interactions with the Noceda family and their predicament are always kind-hearted.
    • When first meeting Camila and Vee, he helps calm the nerves of the former by conjuring up her favorite tea cup, and assures the latter that he will ensure any spells Belos might have placed on her will be dealt with safely.
    • During his first meeting with Luz and asking to see the Light spell she learned, Strange is genuinely impressed and encouraging when Luz initially feels dejected due to learning that magic is known by humans, noting that casting a form of magic no sorcerer on Earth is familiar with is no small feat. He also says that Luz has the makings of a great hero and that it would be a privilege to fight by her side.
    • Upon hearing that Amity managed to learn the Flames of Faltine spell from reading one of the Azura books, Strange is also genuinely impressed by her ability and gives her a book full of beginner Vishanti spells to master.
      • After learning that Amity has been selected to face Grom, Strange takes the time to tutor her personally with some more advanced magical spells that allow her to destroy Grometheus permanently.
  • Luz saving Boscha from a fire hazard on the Grudgeby field that wasn't turned off like it should be.
  • When Jacob tries to make a scene at Vee being announced to Gravesfield, The Invisible Woman apparently personally told him off.
  • During the battle with Ingrimaxus, it's noted that both Lilith and Eda have complete faith in Luz's ability to help bring the dragon down, with Lilith even saying "when" not "if", as if Luz's mere presence makes the dragon's defeat a certainty. Luz is touched by how much faith the Clawthornes have in her, and she doesn't let them down.
    • Later on, Amity admits that the moment she heard the news that Ingrimaxus had been killed, she knew Luz had been involved in bringing the dragon down, even if Belos had intentionally left out any mention of her and Eda's presence in the victory announcement.
  • Luz and Amity get together at Grom in this AU, encouraged by all their friends and family.
    • Similarly to Lilith and Eda's faith in Luz when facing Ingrimaxus, Luz has total confidence in Amity's ability to beat Grom, saying that they'll talk when Amity wins, not if.
      • And it's not just Luz, Amity also inwardly notes that everyone aware of what she intends to do has expressed complete faith in her, including Willow, Camila, King, Eda, and Doctor Strange himself.
    • Camila gets to see some pictures of the event courtesy of Eda, and while she clearly would have liked to be there personally, she's happy to see it regardless.
  • After her confrontation with her mother and demonstrating that her Oracle Magic can no longer affect her, Amity makes sure to offer to teach Edric and Emira the same mental shielding that Strange taught her, so they can also be free from Odalia's controlling influence.
  • On Vee's first day at Gravesfield High, Masha comes to her defense when Chastity Masterson looks to be starting to bully her. Afterwards, the two hit it off right away, with Vee promising to check to see what she's allowed to tell them about Luz's whereabouts, and Masha saying that they'd like for all three of them to be real friends when Luz gets back (after previously expressing disappointment that they didn't get to know Luz better).
  • Luz giving Amity an upside down kiss, noting it's something she's been wanting to do with her powers for a while.
  • Once they talk to Rinseri/The Owl Beast, it's discovered that she was only ever trying to protect Eda when she emerged. And not just Eda, as Rinseri explains that the reason she attacked Luz was because she mistakenly believed she was a threat to King, showing she considers the young demon to be under her protection as well.
    • Speaking of which, Rinseri takes the opportunity to apologize to Luz for mistaking her as a danger and attacking her like that. Luz, being the kind-hearted hero she is, accepts the apology and doesn’t hold Rinseri’s actions against her.
