- He probably has one of the most supportive communities on the website. From massive monetary support to immense compassion to viewers who are going through hard times. When someone opens up about a matter that's making them sad, expect the entire chat to be filled with nothing but heart emotes directed at that person for about ten seconds.
- After his cover of Andy's Neighbourhood
from Toy Story 2, Jerod saw a comment from a suicidal fan, and tried to give them hope, saying that he hopes things get better for them. - During early 2021, Jerod lost his pet snake and held a stream to celebrate his life. While he got a lot of love and support from his viewers, two people teaming up to commission Matt Hill, the voice of Edd from Ed, Edd n Eddy, to record a special message for Jerod's upcoming birthday deserves a special mention.
