Episode 1
- After spending the whole morning trying to find Fuwa, Hikaru manages to find her while eating her lunch. She decides to lure the cute alien out by waving around a donut, and to her surprise, Fuwa takes the donut and enjoys every bite. Awwww!
Episode 2
- Hikaru assuring Lala that she can become a Precure, and Lala successfully fulfilling her wish when she declares that she'll protect Fuwa at all costs.
Episode 3
- Elena stepping in when Hikaru and Lala argue in front of her store, with Hikaru gushing over meeting her for the first time. She doesn't treat them with disdain or annoyance, but with kindness and understanding. She tells the two how her siblings would constantly fight, until she taught them to listen to each other. Even though Hikaru and Lala initially don't make use of the advice, going back to fighting until near the end of the episode, it was still great for Elena to make sure things didn't too heated.
- Hikaru and Lala making up after fighting for the entire episode. Remembering Elena's advice, they decide to listen to each other, and they manage to find the first Star Princess Pen. Just goes to show that with combined forces, anything is possible.
Episode 7
- Some parts of the montage of the rocket being designed as recorded by AI's camera:
- Hikaru making that cute face at Lala and Fuwa.
- Elena laughing at Hikaru having paint on the cheeks.
- Hikaru and Madoka having the ribbon put on the rocket.
Episode 9
- While enjoying her first Star Donut, Madoka and Elena have a little talk about Hikaru looks out for her friends and how they should too, complete with guitar-violin music.
- Madoka thanking the others for giving her such a relaxing time and the four of them bonding together.
- A shot of Lala smiling at Madoka. Her antennae form the shape of a heart.
Episode 11
- The other Cures tell Star what brought them together:
- Lala tells her that she brought Fuwa to Earth, and that her imagination made her Cure Milky.
- Madoka says she was able to have happy times with the Cures thanks to Hikaru.
- Elena: "You see, her imagination is what brought us together. it showed us a brand new world!"
- "The Southern Cross has the power to lead people and inspire their imagination".
Episode 12
- Hikaru wants Lala to be with her forever. It even makes the alien in Director cry. It gets better when Prunce says the feelings were real!
- When asked why they'll be able to stay on Earth, Director says to film a sequel.
Episode 13
- The scene where Lala sees her name next to Hikaru's for first class duty.
Episode 14
- The flashback of Carlos and Elena's mother, especially the children growing one by one as each child is born.
- Touma and Lala have a little pep talk about people being different. Cue flashbacks of eps 8 and 10. There's also a part where Touma feels Lala's antennae.Lala: Everyone's different-lun~ but it's not weird-lun~
- Elena reveals to Touma that she too thought her family was weird but eventually realized how important their smiles were.
Episode 15
- A heartwarming speech involving Madoka is all it takes to get the Pen in Precure hands.
Episode 16
- Hikaru, Lala, and Elena treat Madoka to a picnic and show her Fortune Capsules to help her win.
- The Fortune Capsule pays off and Madoka gives Yumika the "we'll-meet-next-time" treatment.
Episode 18
- Very sad to see Hikaru harassed for reading a manga. Good thing we have her mother.
- After mother-and-daughter work together, Terumi's finally getting the manga published!
Episode 19
- Lala reveals that if Notriggers are made of people-turned-to-stone, then those people's imagination are alive.
Episode 20
- The flashback of how Planet Rainbow came to existence. The ending is a tearjerker.
Episode 21
- The Sympathy for the Devil speech.
- When the Taurus Star Princess reassures Cure Cosmo they can restore her planet
- The girls inviting Yuni to join them on their rocket when Aiwan steals hers. Yuni's reaction appearing more as a funny moment
Episode 22
- Youichi and Harukichi managing to bond and fix their family ties after Harukichi is rescued by the cures
- The end where Hikaru and Terumi bonding with Youichi under the stars
- The girls toasting to Lala for her birthday
Episode 23
- Elena comforting Yuni when she feels guilty for what happened to Fuwa. Encouraging her to work with them to help find her.
- When fighting to rescue Fuwa, Cure Soleil encourages her they are in this together as they work together
- The girls finish their welcome party for Yuni and and with Elena's help, she agrees to join in.
Episode 24
- When Madoka felt like she was lacking something while playing icicles like a xylophone, Yuni helped her by singing to her music, which reminded her to have fun with it.
- At the end when Irma was purified, she was finally able to smile and laugh, expressing how she really felt about Yukio and their performance.
Episode 25
- When Yuni expkains to Lala that she doesn't feel right being with the others and asks her how she enjoys spending time with Hikaru, elena and Madoka since the two of them are Aliens, she answers by stating she was like that at first until she learned to enjoy her time with them and how it expanded the space in her heart.
Episode 26
- Hikaru shares with the girls how in the past she used to always be alone and spend time in the observatory before becoming their friends. Now she wants to have fun and explore with them.
Episode 27
- Lala's scene with the antenna fish.
- Cure Star standing up for Cure Cosmo when Aiwan says she is no better than her for causing her to lose her role in the Notraiders. This comes as a surprise to Cosmo.
- Yuni showing sympathy for Aiwan for what she did to her after they defeated her.
Episode 28
- Flare checking up on Elena and Madoka after their Heroic BSoD and sharing with the two of them his past when he left his planet to move to Pururun.
- Learning about how they Envy each other's differences, Elena and Madoka manage to learn more about each other and strengthen their friendship together.
- Cure Soleil and Cure Selene going out of their way to protect Flare from Kappard, giving him to see how strong their hearts are burning.
- Flare encourages Elena and Madoka to keep their hearts burning at the end when they all leave Pururun.
Episode 29
- Madoka goes to check on Lala, sensing how stressed out she is about her family's research on the Pretty Cure and if she should tell them she is a cure. She tells her she felt the same way the first time she became a Pretty Cure and she couldn't tell her father and encourages her to follow her instincts (like Hikaru taught her to do).
- Hikaru and Elena playing together on Saman.
- Lala sharing her experience on Earth with her family, discussing her time at the cure's school and how it helped make her more independent. She encourages Planet Saman to stop being reliant on the AI and to live freely like Earth does.
Episode 30
- Lala's family siding with her to prove her innocence of theft.
- Yuni encouraging Lala to tell her family she's a Pretty Cure so she becomes more respected.
- The girls telling Lala her family would be worried about her and want to help, and agree with Yuni's plan for her to reveal her cure identity.
- Seeing how loyal AI is towards Lala. Enough to sacrifice herself to save her (thus freeing Mother AI from Aiwarn's grasp)
- Upon seeing Lala as a Pretty Cure, Lolo becomes proud of her with how much she has grown.
Episode 31
- After being defeated by Galogre, Fuwa tells Star she is not alone and brings the other cures in to help her.
Episode 32
- The cure announcing they will continue to protect Fuwa with her responding she will protect the Pretty Cures..This bond leads to the creation and use of the Shiny Twinkle Pen (which initially appeared in episode 31).
Episode 33
- The girls all comfort Fuwa and explain to her searching for Twinkle Imagination is just as important as their everyday work and studies.
- Hikaru apologises to Fuwa for hurting her feelings by calling her selfish.
Episode 34
- When Elena's mother sees her down, she helps her by talking to her about how it is difficult to make everyone smile and how they need to understand each other.
- Before the Saboro Nottorei can tromp on Cure Soleil, she tells Saboro that she wants to become his friend which causes him to stop.
- After Elena apologises to Saboro about not understanding his feelings, he turns from a cactus to a flowery bush and gives her a flower.
- The heart warming goodbye the girls give to Saboro when he flies back home.
Episode 35
- Upon finding Sakurako's notepad, Hikaru realizes that despite the outward arrogance, she finds there is much more to her election competitor than she realizes and develops a desire to know her better. This causes her to unlock her Twinkle Imagination, which helps them defeat Kappard.
- The speech Hikaru gives about Sakurako during the election ceremony. She effectively concedes to her competition, admitting she's chasing after ideals she can't commit to and giving Sakurako the win.
- Sakurako's Tears of Joy when she is made the new school president by Madoka.
- Hikaru revealing to Sakurako that she voted for her to after she lost to her which causes them to form a friendship.
Episode 36
- The cures standing up for Cure Cosmo again when Tenjo says she became weaker when she joined the Cure's side. However they call her kind but not honest which insults her
- Mary Ann fighting with the cures to defeat the Don Octo Nottorei.
- Despite being insulted, Cure Cosmo quickly forgives the cures and works with them to defeat the Don Octo Nottorei.
- Yuni says she will continue being the Phantom Thief, but she will make sure never to do anything that hurts the cures (keeping her loyalty to the Pretty Cures)
Episode 37
- Lala stating how different species can easily get along and how much she loves being on Earth and learning more about it.
Episode 38
- Yuni realizes she and Aiwarn aren't so different for letting their past conflicts and wrath drive their actions. It was this realization that Yuni finds the heart to apologize for causing so much grief to her enemy, allowing her to move on from the past and unlock her Twinkle Imagination.
- Yuni's smile after seeing Hikaru's photo of her and Hakkenyan together when the leave Planet Fortunetelling.
Episode 39
- Elena's story of learning how everyone was different when she was in elementary school which made her life happier.
Episode 40
- Lala sharing that despite her classmates not understanding she is an Alien, she still cares for them and calls them her friends
- Hikaru, Elena and Madoka are willing to transform in front of their classmates and Madoka's father to show their loyalty and friendship towards Lala,
- Lala learning to accept herself as she is, no longer caring about being human or alien which unlocks her Twinkle Imagination.
- After Lala saves them, Sakurako and Tatsunori are no longer suspicious of her and stand up for her against Madoka's father, calling her their classmate and friend.
- Madoka is able to stand up to her father and protect Lala from him.
- Lala's classmates learn to accept her being an Alien in their class and are willing to learn more about her.
- Tatsunori touching Lala's antennae which he learns that's her species way of greeting.
- Elena checking up on Madoka and reminding her how bright she really is.
- Madoka sharing how she's her happiest when she Hikaru and the others which helps her unlock her Twinkle Imagination.
- Madoka standing up for her father and saying she plans to stay with Hikaru and the others and becomes more independant.
- Madoka's father looking at the photos of Madoka and realising how fast she's growing when his wife reassures him about this.
- Madoka going out of her way to help Elena plan her future in return for her help in the previous episode.
- Elena reminiscing their journeys through space after becoming Pretty Cure and the aliens they met and befriended.
- Elena telling Tenjo how she is no different from her due to their pasts and how she helped her get the strength to make people smile.
- Elena admitting she wants to see Tenjo smile which unlocks her Twinkle Imagination.
- Tenjo calmly asking Elena if she can make her smile before she disappears (in contrast to Aiwarn and Kappard's exits)
- Elena's parents supporting her when she says she wants to be an interpreter like her mother.
- Elena is touched when Touma tells her to leave the housework to him.
- the episode ends with Elena's siblings helping her to make dinner with her.
- The cures dressed up as Santa Clause and delivering Christmas Presents to the children (like what Hana and Emiru did last season)
- The very first house the girls delivered presents was Elena's house to deliver presents to her younger siblings.
- Yuni winking to a child when he asks if she is Santa and also he Nyan she says.
- Lala encouraging Hikaru to just be herself during their battle against Kappard which helps her rebuild her confidence.
- Hikaru telling Kappard how she wants to learn more about him which opens his heart and unlocks her Twinkle Imagination.
- Kappard reaching to take Cure Star's hand before being taken back by the Notraiders.
Episode 47
- While talking to Elena, Tenjou thanks her and the others for taking the time to save both her and her underlings.
Episode 48
- The cures willingly sacrificing their powers to revive Fuwa.
- Despite the Star Princesses believing Fuwa to have lost her memory, the AI states Fuwa could never forget her friends, and is proven right moments later when Fuwa recognizes Hikaru.
- The cures saying their final goodbyes before Lala and Yuni part ways with the others.
- Lala managing to say Thank You to Hikaru after losing her ability to communicate with her.
- Hikaru, Elena and Madoka watching the starry sky, promising they will return to their friends.
Episode 49
- AI's interest in Hikaru is shared by Mother, to the point of adopting her Character Catchphrase.
- Yuni is finally able to restore her planet and reunite with Olifio, with the help of Aiwarn. After Aiwarn apologizes for what she did, the people of Planet Rainbow forgive her after Yuni tells them that Aiwarn created the device that restored them to normal.
- As an adult, Hikaru has a streak of her hair dyed in a lighter color, looking similar to the white and pink streak in Lala's hair, while the grown-up Lala has longer hair tied in pigtails that look similar to Hikaru's hairstyle when she was younger. It's a nice touch showing how the two are still thinking of each other years later.
- We find out that the Notraiders have managed to work together to turn what was once their hideout into a beautiful planet for them all to live on.
- Aiwarn decided to stay on Planet Rainbow and continue using her technology in ways to help its people develop the planet.
Wish Upon A Song Of Stars
- This film might as well be considered to be Hikaru and Lala raise a planet together.
- The UMA finds a music box, finding a particular melody it's favourite song. Hikaru helps Lala learn words for the music it's listening to.
- This comes to a head when 'Yuma', now inhabiting a planet, is unable to hear them and the planet is growing at a dangerous rate... until they begin singing said song, and then a third vocalist, singing acapella, joins in... Yuma herself! Hikaru and Lala then literally sing the planet back together and into a beautiful dream paradise.
- When Yuma meets Hikaru and Lala on the planet, her final form is a combination of elements from both Hikaru and Lala, including Lala's expressive hair, and she doesn't need to use words for them to understand her.
- When she leaves, she turns back into her basic star form, banishing the planet, planning to properly create it in the future, and it turns out she has sealed the music box into her corona, so she can continue to remember the song and her 'parents'.
