  • It's really sweet to see how much Ben and Cristine love their cats, Zyler and Menchie—both cats were adopted from animal shelters and the couple sees the cats as their children and not just their pets. In fact, Ben and Cristine once made a donation of more than $20,000 to the animal shelter they had adopted Menchie from when she was a kitten.
    • Cristine clearly loves both of her cats equally, even if Menchie's seen more frequently in the videos than Zyler, who according, to his "parents" is much more camera-shy than Menchie, which is the main reason why he's not seen in videos as frequently as his "sister" is.
  • As weird and quirky as Cristine can clearly be, Ben clearly loves/cares about her and is very supportive of her YouTube-career and other aspects of Cristine's life. It's also clear that Cristine feels that same way about Ben as he does about her and would do anything for him, such as in the Valentine's Day-videos where she makes Ben his favorite meal (which is arguably even more meaningful since Cristine doesn't really cook at all) and in another video where Cristine brought Ben tea (instead of the other way around) when he was sick and was able to serve as her "drink slave."
  • In Simplymailogical #13, an 11-year-old fan writes a note to Ben that says "Marry her," then crosses it out and writes "Stay with her" instead. Cristine, visibly touched, explains that she and Ben are happy as they are and have no intention of getting married, and praises the girl for understanding that.
  • In her Human vs Robot video, she talks about the "doesn't do nail art anymore" meme, apologizing if you are genuinely disappointed that she's diverted away from that and thanking everyone who stayed and enjoy the funnier videos. Also that she's proud of herself for being able to communicate emotions "for once".
  • The first launch of her "Holo Taco" nail polish line was received very well as shown by it being sold out within one hour since the launch. Philip DeFranco and Jenna Marbles also showed their support by putting her nail polish on one of their videos. Seeing Cristine so grateful for the overwhelming support on her passion project was very sweet and refreshing.
  • In a recent video, Cristine (finally) paints the nails of her friend and fellow YouTuber, Safiya Nygaard—it's the first time Cristine has ever painted Safiya's nails in the time they've known each other, and the video has Cristine doing a wedding-theme for Safiya's nails (based the "something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue" wedding superstition), because Safiya and her boyfriend (now husband;) Tyler Williams, were getting married in late-2019. While Cristine and Ben have explained in some of their videos that they just don't really believe in getting married (partially since, in Canada, common-law couples are treated no differently than married couples when it comes to things related to taxes and legal issues), it's clear that they're genuinely happy for Tyler and Safiya, and as shown on the wedding vlog on Simply Not Logical, she did in fact painted Safiya's nails for her wedding and also gave her a Tiffany's wedding gift: a key necklace, which Safiya had previously mentioned to Cristine was a Viking wedding tradition while Cristine painted her nails the first time.
  • Notably, Safiya's wedding ceremony was very small and private for such a big YouTuber, and the only other Youtubers in attendance were Shane Dawson, Jenna Marbles, MatPat, Rosanna Pansino and Cristine (and their respective partners). Corrinne and Rob were invited but could not attend due to Rob's Near-Death Experience a couple months before. Despite being Youtubers, Cristine did not post her vlog or made any reference to the wedding until Safiya posted her wedding video out of respect since Safiya wanted to keep it private.
