• All the townspeople who fought with you and got your help go on to live their lives the way you suggested to them. This applies for everyone except the mayor.
  • Hobo Charlie becomes Sheriff Charlie, respected by Silverwood for his bravery in its defense after they found out that he was a soldier. Considering that the old Sheriff died because he was such an ass, this is doubly sweet.
  • Parmley eventually becomes an NCR Ranger. When he hears of your battles with Glanton and Marko, he offers a prayer for you
  • Kat opens a new whorehouse. Because of her love and protectiveness of the village, nobody complains. Silverwood's mines eventually dry up... But thanks to Kat, the economy keeps running.
  • The Silverwood bartender, if you convinced him to follow his dream, becomes a director for Albert Breach. Even though he dies in an accident, Albert makes many more movies in his honor.
  • The mine foreman goes on to become one of the best prize fighter stable runners in New Reno if you convinced him to box.
• If you've been nice to him, Russell sees that maybe there's a future for the Desert Rangers, and that maybe the friends he made there aren't the only ones he'll have.
• Finley, if you convinced him to become a Follower, sees that maybe they aren't such weaklings after all, and decides that this is what Chance would've wanted. He hears of your battles with Glanton and Marko, and offers a prayer for you.
• The ending shows what will happen when you battle Glanton and Marko battles that became legendary throughout the wastelands. However, the outcome is known only to you. All the people you helped offer a prayer for you, hoping that you lived.
