  • During Jinny and Pollyanna's Chapter 19 match, One guy in the crowd tried to start up a "Jinny is a tranny" chant. The whole crowd immediately shouted him down, showing that transphobia is not welcome amongst the Ultras.
  • At the end of the fourth anniversary show Chapter 27, co-owner Jim Smallman gave heartfelt thanks to the crowd on behalf of himself and the other co-owners for the amazing four years Progress had had and for allowing the three of them to live their dream. The fans immediately began a 'you deserve it' chant. Jim knelt in the ring with tears in his eyes, clearly very moved.
  • This Facebook post from Jack Sexsmith https://www.facebook.com/mrcocko/posts/1716705115280663
  • Chapter 36 was the last independent wrestling date for Tommaso Ciampa, Jack Gallagher and Tommy End. All three received ovations after their matches, and ‘thank you’ and ‘you deserve it’ chants. At the end of the show, all three were left in the ring to silently say goodbye and drink in the crowd’s love, cheers and chants, before other wrestlers filled the ring to say goodbye to them and Jim Smallman told the departing trio that they’d always have a home in Progress.
  • Progress management handed out LGBT flags before Jack Sexsmith vs Zack Gibson at Day One of Super Strong Style 16 2017. Jack was clearly affected by the support from the crowd, breaking into tears.
  • In a similar vein Zack Sabre JR cradling Jack Sexsmith in his arms after their match which Jack decided to do despite an injury with Zack showing clear reluctance to even fight him like this.
  • Travis Banks celebrating winning the Progress Championship in the ring with his parents.
  • During Jimmy Havoc and Mark Haskins attack on Jack Sexsmith and David Starr, the latter tried to protect Sexsmith from them multiple times even resorting to shielding him with his own body which given as Jimmy and Mark were using a bat with several sharp things stuck on it must have hurt like hell for him.
    • Really anything about team Sexy Starr, as despite the two being primarily comedy wrestlers for most of their career and being put together primarily as a pun take that at a bad wrestler, they're portrayed as a serious same sex couple with no underlying joke. They're just two male wrestlers who happen to be dating. Even the above stated attack on them was due to professional jealousy of them being booked over two veterans of the company, not a random spot of gay-bashing.
  • The (second) return of T.K. Cooper to challenge Travis Banks for the championship, very politely.
