- Helga, Jimmy's mom. It's apparent how much she loves her family. Her entire skill set in battle is based around healing the party through various forms of encouragement.
- Cordelia's sidequest involves giving her handmade muffins to every one of Smile's inhabitants, including Timothy who's on a journey. Everyone, even Timothy, is appreciative of her efforts. Her mother is still as cold to Jimmy, but Cordelia convinces her to relent a little. You eventually learn that she's doing all this because she's wants to be liked by everyone, which is a small but understandable reason that you can choose to validate. It makes her offscreen demise at the hands of Mr. Cat more heartbreaking.
