Sometimes, you need a comforting reminder of your friend to sleep
  • After Bloo goes on a melodramatic (but still sincere) plea explaining him and Mac's situation to Herriman, the old fuzzball is silent for a moment, but relents and agrees to let Bloo in, clearly moved by their plight.
  • All of the other residents are nothing but welcoming to Bloo (unaware of what a nuisance he'll eventually become). Wilt willingly forfeits his bed to him and Coco lays him an egg with a photo of Mac inside when she sees him having trouble sleeping.
    • Also added to that is Bloo's excited reaction to Mac telling him he can stay at Foster's. The little guy's so ecstatic to live at Foster's.
  • Mac keeping his promise to come back and visit Bloo at the house, proving Mr. Herriman wrong and prompting Frankie to continue trying to melt his frozen heart.
Mr. Herriman: It's just a cruel fact of life, Miss Frances. Every child tires of their imaginary friend eventually.
(Frankie leans in and gives him a knowing grin)
    Frankie: Your's didn't.
(Exits past a portrait of Madame Foster, Herriman stops slightly...but continues working despite knowing Frankie's words are true)
  • After all the challenges they faced with trying to keep Bloo from being adopted, Madame Foster allowing Bloo to stay if Mac visits him everyday is sweet. Made even better by her seeing just from their looks how much they care about each other and what she says about both of them when she's done observing them.
Madame Foster: [to Mac] Ohh, yap. You got it. I haven't seen an imagination as pure as that since well... ME! [laughs] Oh, you're a good kid, my dear. The love you have your friend and well, all these friends, is wonderful. It's simply wonderful. [...] [to Bloo] Well, look at you, heh. Aren't you something special? You are so pure, so simple and you are a true friend.
