As much as a wacky show Gabriel Dropout, it has its share of touching moments.'
Episode 1
- Before becoming the Failen Angel, Gabriel was such a sweetie pie, helping others in need and showing excellent manners.
- Although Gabriel became a lazy angel, Vigne didn't stop taking care of her even if she will cause problems later.
Episode 4
- The scene of the four girls sleeping on the bus home from the beach is adorable, especially when Gabriel slumps over onto Vigne's shoulder.
- The next skit showed how Gabriel and Vignette met and became friends.
Episode 5
- Tapris's Undying Loyalty towards Gabriel is sweet. Although Gabriel as a whole could have made Tapris to have a Broken Pedestal, Tapris didn't stop believing that there was good in her.
- Despite having bad day and trust issues, Tapris finally found a friend in Vignette.
Episode 7
- After botching her first attempt to get to sleep, Vignette resorted to counting Gabriels.
- Gabriel spent her last currency to purchase food and drinks for Vignette. Gabriel values her friendship even though she won't admit it.
Episode 10
- Gabriel has a soft spot towards her little sister. Refusing to break her little sister's heart that she has fallen, Gabriel complied to play with her.
- Vigne reuniting with her pet Chappy even though it took some time to readjust to his new stature.
Episode 11
- Satania's effort to find the dog a home that's been stealing her melon bread when it was at the risk of being put down for being a stray. She's eventually allowed to keep it in her apartment.
- The cafe owner Gabriel works for was the one that owned Satania's apartment. Gabriel offered to work 2 days a week if pets could be allowed.
OVA 2
- The episode took a shift in its tone where the four girls meet a blind girl. They instantly hit it off with everyone just having a great time with her.
- The girls immediately rushed to the hospital where the blind girl is slowly dying. Satania is in the brink of tears, Vignette is devastated and Raphiel is so ashamed of herself for being unable to go against the rules. The only who does anything to save the girl's life is Gabriel who refused to let this injustice happen. It shows that there was always a Nice Girl inside of her.
Manga
- Chapter 49: The girls are excited about a bonfire event at the end of their class outdoor field trip. However, Satania and Raphiel end up overhearing that the event will be canceled due to a mistake with the firewood supplier. When they tell the others, it's Gabriel of all people who gets up and declares that she's going out into the woods to chop some firewood. The girls then join Gabriel and use their demonic/angelic powers to gather enough firewood for the bonfire, saving the event.
