• Monika eventually being forgiven by Sayori, Natsuki, and Yuri for what she'd done to them in Baseline. There is happiness in the Literature Club.
• Chapter 5.11 has Belle not holding it against Natsuki after it turns out the latter was Stealth-Looping - Natsuki had seen Beauty and the Beast in the Hub and figured the curse wouldn't break if Belle knew the Beast (who Natsuki had Looped in as) was a girl this time, and apologizing to her for the deception.
• Chapter 11.11, where the girls meet Rin, gives the latter a happy ending in making her a Traveling Looper.
• Chapter 18 has lots of warm fuzzies, which is fitting given that it's a Birthday Episode (or, as Sayori puts it, "anni-birth-sary").
• During Chapter 19:
  • Monika has her Baseline transgressions absolved by Sailor Venus. Made even better when Sailor Moon herself gives Monika some much-needed mental clarity on her life and friends.
  • Natsuki gives her stance on romance to Sayori, namely that she feels she was only put in the game for Tsundere reasons and that no one would be able to geuninely love her and as such, romance isn't for her. The snip goes over what she had failed to notice, culminating in Yuri demanding "QROW, BOOZE ME NOW!" After he does so, she downs the bottle's contents and smashes it:
    Natsuki: Ooooookay? What's going on here, exa—?
    Yuri: In about five minutes that's all going to hit at once. And you, Natsuki, are going to be responsible for whatever happens next, got it?!
    Natsuki: ...Sure, I guess...? But... uh... why?
    Yuri: [lifts Natsuki up by the breastplate] This is fucking why! [slams her lips into Natsuki's, hard]
    • ...Thus starting their official couple relationship.
• Chapter 20.2 has Doremy Sweet dispelling Sayori's nightmare about hanging herself, then giving Sayori a therapy session about bad dreams. When Monika tells Sayori after the latter wakes up that she needs help with a new project, Sayori is holding a frilly pillow to her chest; when Monika asks Sayori where she got the pillow as it's not coded like anything Monika has seen before, Sayori says "Let's just say I got it from a friend" and the pillow is revealed to say "Doremy's Sweet Sleep Pillow, guaranteed to help your sleep be the sweetest it can be."
• Chapter 22.7 has Natsuki's father being genuinely nice and caring, resulting in her spending as much time with him as possible that Loop.
• It's rather understated, but Monika's first reaction to the Mini-Me Loop that is Chapter 23.7 is not to kill her past self with eagerness but instead to try and convince her not to go through with it, showing that despite being The Atoner, she ultimately doesn't truly hate herself to outright try and kill her other self.
• During Chapter 28.1, Monika gets upset that Sayori is overacting, soon figuring that she had a bad Loop, to which Sayori soon quietly admits that it was a Null Loop where she replaced Harley Quinn.
  Monika: Oh. Oh, damn, Sayori–you know what? We are getting you ice cream and cotton candy and fried food and then we are getting back home where you can sleep it all off, and then we are having a real talk tomorrow, okay?
  Sayori: ...okay...
• From the second part of Loop 29.5:
  Yuri: Squid ink pasta. Try it.
  Natsuki sighs before grabbing a forkful and taking a bite
  Natsuki: Needs less salt.
  Yuri: Got ya. By the way, you got something on your face.
  Natsuki: Where?
  Yuri: Your lips.
  Natsuki wipes them with her hand, and sees a black streak. She gives Yuri a look before getting up.
  Yuri: Natsuki?
  Yuri soon finds her lips getting met with Natsuki's own. After pulling away, Natsuki lets out a cheeky grin.
  Natsuki: Got something on your face.
  Yuri (with black lips) : Yeah, I do.
• During Chapter 30.1:
  • Natsuki healing Yuri after she's shot in the gut by Seras, via drawing a complicated transmutation circle on the palm of her unbloodied hand, Yuri says that Alucard would have fixed it up just fine, we get this between the duo:
  Natsuki as she helps Yuri up to her feet: Yeah, well, you're not his responsibility.
  Yuri raises an eyebrow at that Oh, really? You're responsible for me now, are you?
  Natsuki firmly As the Club's least-fucked-in-the-head and the one with the best grasp of the concept of 'self-care', yes, I'm responsible, I make sure Monika sleeps when she goes too long without it, I make sure I'm always prepared for Sayori's rapid descents, and I make sure your body stays functional despite your best efforts. It's a thankless job, but lesser badasses than I have worked harder for their loved ones.
  A small giggle bubbles out of Yuri, and she leans down and plants a surprise kiss on Natsuki's nose. Thank you, my sweet kitten, she whispers. Natsuki's ears start to smoke.
  A high-pitched, keening squee draws their attention back to Seras, who has her hands over her mouth and looks like she had just seen a unicorn.
  Natsuki sighs Yes, we're precious, I know. So, you two have clearly met before narrows her eyes at Seras.
  • After Yuri is turned into a vampire by Alucard, she and Natsuki have a conversation:
  Yuri: Do you...please, be honest, do you think, maybe, we're not such a good match, after all? We're as different as night and day. I'll never be able to appreciate your sickeningly sweet proclivities, any more than you'll ever appreciate my grotesque intrigues. And I...I'm not sure if I could give this up, to make you happy.
  Natsuki: [sighs heavily] Yuri, you dunce. We're a horrible match, by any measurement, for the reasons you just said and a thousand others. And none of that "on paper" crap matters, because I love you and there's no one I would rather be with than you. And don't sweat it, I wouldn't presume to ask you to give up anything for me, cuz I know you wouldn't do that to me, either. Look, do you want a partner who's more like you than me?
  Yuri: No! Natsuki, how could you...
  Natsuki: Exactly, you silly ass, That's exactly how I feel, too. Sure, we're as different as night and day. That makes you the yin to my yang. We complete each other. Seeing you go all unhinged like that when you were transforming just brought up old traumas and sent my head to a bad place. But that's okay, because my happy place is with you, too.
  Yuri: [begins tearing up, hugging Natsuki tightly] I can never get over how much sharper my senses are, how much more richly detailed the world becomes in this form, I thought I already knew your body by heart, but there's still so much more to you. It's like I'm experiencing you for the first time, all over again. My sweet little cupcake. My fierce hot-blooded kitten. My inimitable, irreplaceable summer breeze. My Natsuki.
• Chapter 30.2 has Natsuki saying that Yuri's look — which she describes as Cybergoth — looks good on her and Yuri smiles (though not enough to break the effect) and says "Thank you".
• All of the Hobby Picking snips in Chapter 36 (36.2, 36.5, 36.7, and 36.10) due to simply being Slice of Life stories wherein one of the girls shows the other three one of their hobbies (except for Natsuki):
  • Sayori: Making origami.
  • Yuri: Looper hide-and-seek - the girls can use Looper abilities, can use their bracelets to warn each other about the seeker, and call each other. However, the seeker has a map and the others don't, and nobody can mess with the code.
  • Monika: Making terrariums without using Looper skills, and then collaborating on a giant walk-in terrarium that she has in her Pocket.
• Chapter 36.12 has Natsuki and Yuri make crepes for everyone while talking about Helltaker and how it kept referring to crepes as pancakes.
• After Psyche is made the new Admin of the DDLC Branch, when meeting the girls she mentally whispers to each of them that she knows exactly what they're going through, having spent a full sleepless night playing the game and taking notes.
• During a Fused Loop with Katawa Shoujo, Sayori calls Hanako "best girl" due to having played the game —with the H-scenes off — and finding her route to be the best with Rin and Lilly's being pretty good as well.
• Chapter 36.4 has the girls buying several copies of Waspinator's tell-all autobiography prompting everyone nearby to get a copy too, making Waspinator happy.
