Los Chifladitos:

  • In one episode, Chaparrón tries to commit suicide. When Lucas ask him why, he says its as a way to protest against suicides, claiming that life is too wonderful for people to take it away from themselves. Sure, he may be Comically Missing the Point, but it does have a nice sentiment as its root.

Los Caquitos:

  • "El asalto a la farmacia" is one big Aw, Look! They Really Do Love Each Other moment. Through the episode, Chompiras and Botija attempt to steal a pharmacy, and Botija gets mad at Chompiras because his sneezing keep screwing things up. In the end, it is revealed that the reason they were stealing the pharmacy was to get a medicine for Chompiras.
  • The final act of "EL crimen imposble de compensar" is full of this: After watching the El Chavo del Ocho episode "Un ratero en la vecindad", Chompiras and Botija regret their criminal ways and try to return the TV that Botija stole from Doña Nachita (and Chompiras later stole from Botija). Through they got arrested after Sargento Refugio saw them and believed they were stealing the TV from Nachita, the two explain themselves at the police station. The two then promise to never commit a crime and everybody but Sargento Refugio expresses faith in them and Licenciado Morales even wishes them luck on their lives moving forward. Additionally, when Sargento shows doubts over the possibility of them reforming, Chimoltrufia tries to attack him in defense of her husband and friend.
  • The episode "El Chompiras fue mordido por Dracula" has a few ones:
    • When Botija believes Chompiras to be in critical condition, he shows genuine concern for his friends, in spite of how he treats Chompiras and how Chompiras often gets on his nerves.
    • When they discover that Cuajinais needs a blood transfusion and the only one they know who has the same blood type is Chimoltrufia, the doctor asks whether she would be willing to give her blood to him. Licenciado then answers that she would be willing to do anything to help somebody.
    • Chimoltrufia herself proves the claim to be true in the end. After she faints due to believing Chompiras is a vampire who wants her blood and is later explained everything by Botija, she isn't bothered at all to give her blood to somebody else who needs it more. Even when the doctor points out that Cuajináis tried to steal her house, Chimoltrufia answers that being a criminal doesn't make him any less of a human being.
  • In "La herencia del Botija - Parte 2", Chimoltrufia and Chompiras nearly marry so Botija can be legally single and inherit a huge amount of money. However, Botija objects in the end, claiming that no amount of money is worth being separated from Chimoltrufia.
  • The Dance Party Ending of the episode where Licenciado Luna asks Chimoltrufia to house sit for him while he attended his granddaughter's baptism, as we see Botija dancing with Chimoltrufia, Chómpiras with Chimoltrufia's mom, Refugio with Marujita, the Licenciado's daughter with her husband, and Licenciado himself with cradling his granddaughter in his arms.
