** Especially worth mentioning is their relationship with Prometheans. Unlike most supernaturals, Beasts are immune to Disquiet, allowing them to safely interact with the Created without risking to turn on them. Not only that, but the effect Disquiet has on humans strongly reminds them of Heroes, which they really don't like. Because of this, Beasts who form bounds with Prometheans tend to be very protective of their new friends, and actively defend them whenever humans start turning aggressive.

** It's also worth mentioning this sense of Family isn't limited to Supernaturals; the Begotten's human families and friends have just as much value for them, and they will be just as fiercely protective toward them as they are to their supernatural peers.

* One of the small stories in the corebook gives us a Beast named Raul about to be slaughtered by a Hero, only for his werewolf friends to pull a BigDamnHero, ripping the Hero apart before promptly calling an ambulance for Raul.

* Conquering Heroes has, well, a bunch of Heroes. Many of them are some degree of arrogant, misguided, or selfish...and then there is Marlena Sarcosa, who only hunts Beasts because they threaten her children and the children of everyone else in her community. In fact, she wishes she could retire, because she is very much not in it for the fame; her Legend is literally "Parent", meaning her very concept of Heroism actually is wrapped up in protecting people. She won't even hunt Beasts if they convince her they aren't a real threat to her community-she just cares too much about her family and friends to worry about a thing like thrills and glory.

Yes, even a game about nightmares incarnate who have to hurt people in order to survive has its heartwarming moments:

* Beasts consider all Supernaturals aside from Demons their distant cousins, and have a very strong sense of family. Because of this, their Broods welcome any kind of Supernaturals to join them, and Begotten who form relationships with other supernaturals (or even humans) tend to become fiercely protective of them. This actually results in occasionally nice interactions, such as a Carthian Daeva mentioning he once spent some time living in a Brood, and actually was treated more like family than with any of his own peers.
