• Carrie's meant to have a weakness for gambling; but from what I understand, what causes gambling addiction is the buzz, or the thrill, that it gives. Since Carrie's abilities mean she can't lose, then surely she wouldn't get a buzz from it, would she? I suppose it's possible she just likes collecting easy money, but she doesn't strike me as the greedy sort.
  • It was noted in-series that the adrenalin rush from taking risky acts tends to interfere with memory formation. Keep in mind Carrie often ends up getting crossed up with pit bosses who don't quite like her style, as in the pilot, for example.
