The researcher Jeanette was working with for his recreation of the Asch conformity experiment in "Day Fifteen" says that he had to throw out 11 test subjects as a result of Jeanette's outburst, but that's not how that experiment works. You don't test multiple subjects at the same time. Everyone in the room except the intended subject should be a confederate, so that the researcher can maintain strict control over the answers of everyone except the subject. This experiment is taught in introductory college psych classes. Shouldn't a seasoned researcher know how to properly design it?
Martha's breakdown
Martha goes to check the traps and discovers that a rabbit got caught, chewed off her paw to escape and managed to drag herself to her bunnies, who are still nursing. She freaks out and goes back to the other girls, crying because now she thinks of herself as someone who hurts animals. Then she runs back out to find the babies. By the time the girls find her, there are no bunnies to be seen and she is in full BSoD mode. Did she give the rabbit(s) a Mercy Kill? Is that what makes her fully break down?
