Headscratchers / The Boss Baby

• At the end, Boss Baby is shown as a normal adult. Do Boss Babies who turn into normal babies and grow up still remember being Boss Babies?
  • They must if Francis Francis's whole scheme runs on his desire to get back at the company that booted him when he was once a Boss Baby.
    • Actually, they remember until they lose their pacifiers. Francis had his until he fell into the deaging formula, Eugene gives him a plain white pacifier
• Why was the mom shown to be pregnant when the baby arrived by taxi?
  • Tim's an Unreliable Narrator. It's possible that at the time, Tim thought his mom just got bigger for whatever reason.
• Francis E. Francis lost his job and rank at Baby Corp. because he was lactose intolerant and for this reason the formula couldn't keep him young forever. Then how come at the end, he did turn back into a baby when he fell into a huge tank filled with the formula? The formula should have had no effect on him.
  • The formula had to have worked to a certain extent or he wouldn't have been intelligent enough to get promotions. He just doesn't get the eternal youth, but he absorbs it well enough to age slower and be intelligent.
• How did Tim mail the beads to Boss Baby at the end?
  • Unreliable Narration by Tim , or though other babies' connection.(the ones who works under "Boss" as we saw earlier.)
• How has Baby Co. not made a lactose-free version of the formula? Did no one think one of there employees or upper management would be lactose intolerant?
