** The Black Talon Flashpoint. It makes sense that Moff Kiran would ask a Sith or an Imperial Agent to take control of the ship. But why would he contact some random mook with a gun, which is all that the Bounty Hunter is at that point?

** Speaking of class resrictions for premium species, as mentioned above, since Mirialans are initially available for any Republic class, shouldn't the Rattataki be available for any Imperial class? That would make them the {{evil counterpart}}s of the Mirialans after all, yet we can't make a Rattataki Sith Warrior initially even though all the other Imperial classes are available.

*** Even so, the Twi'lek initial class restrictions are kind of an odd case. They can be any Republic class except Trooper, and the only Imperial class available to them is Sith Inquisitor. So why can't we make a Twi'lek Sith ''Warrior''? We already have the Mirialan species who can be any Republic class, so for Twi'leks, I suggest the devs allow us to make them any Force-user class (Jedi Knight, Jedi Consular, Sith Inquisitor and Sith Warrior) so that we have an equal number of options for both sides.

* The entire sequence in Fallen Empire where the Commander goes into the wilderness to speak with Valkorion is massively confusing. First of all, the Commander could easily have been refusing to even accept the "help" he offers - why SHOULD they turn to him for help with the Spire? And why do it in the jungle, rather than, say, the meditation area of the base itself, where the assembled Force users who've joined up with the Alliance might be able to assist in the event of Valkorion pulling a trick? For that matter, Lana is the one who recommends that they do this, but then just leaves them to do it alone!

** Personally I felt it to be a refreshing change of pace. After countless games of Tabletop games where a warrior is expected to just kill people and take their stuff (and video games where "Dur hur I am IdiotHero Warrior YouNoTakeCandle." is practically ''enforced''), a warrior who acted the opposite was ''quite'' the welcome change of pace. Granted, this ''is'' StarWars which doesn't quite adhere to the same stereotypes.

* As a fan of [[VideoGame/KnightsOfTheOldRepublicIITheSithLords KotOR 2's]] excellent writing, I'm quite disappointed to see almost no mention of this game. Apart for the tale of the Exile after she left, it seems like fundamentally important characters like Kreia or Atris are completely left out. Even worse, when I read the Homage line, it talked about characters created by Bioware like Carth or HK-47 but nothing made by Obsidian. Do I miss something or is Bioware really not taking into account the work made by another company? That would be quite petty but it's the fan who is talking.

* On Alderaan there is a mission to resuce people from the local hive-mind creatures that are holding them hostage. Most of them are grateful to get out of there but the daughter of the quest-giver has clearly been brainwashed and is speaking of no longer being herself and using first person plural like a proper hive creature. If you choose to rescue her against her wishes, you find out that the pheromones of the species suck people into their hive mind. How is rescuing her a dark side option? Is it ''really'' the right thing to do to enable her pheromone-induced Stockholm Syndrome? It's basically leaving a kidnapping victim with her kidnappers because she thinks she's happy.

** That's actually the point. Jun Seros is a massive hypocrite, following the idea of "the ends justify the means." This is, in effect, the uncomfortable truth of a light/dark dychotomy, that someone can do dark deeds in the name of a (supposedly) good goal. It's what we see all the way back to Quesh - the Bounty Hunter was hired to kill Master Jarro. Rather than go after the person who hired them to do it, who put up the bounty on his head, Jun Seros (and potentially Jarro's Padawan) choose to blame and go after the instrument of his death. These Jedi are logically contorting themselves in order to maintain their moral high ground, when they're worse than the Bounty Hunter. At least for the Bounty Hunter, it's just a job and they own up to the fact that they're just in it for the credits. The Jedi claim they're acting morally and justly.

** The agent is extremely pragmatic, as is Imperial Intelligence as a whole. Kaliyo is an anarchist, but she's also smart and a good fighter. Temple was recruited an an emergency measure because it was either that or kill her on Hunter's orders. Once she was on board better to keep her there, now that she knows details of Intelligence operations. Same thing for Lokin. That's how he talked his way on board in the first place. SCORPIO is a unique product of the Star Cabal. That's a valuable resource and a source of information (first thing she does is download a lot of information to Imperial Intelligence). Vector is the biggest question mark. He really should have returned to the diplomatic service, but, like Temple, we can argue that he knows too much and it's better to keep him confined to Imperial Intelligence.

1) The Black Talon Flashpoint. It makes sense that Moff Kiran would aks a Sith or an Imperial Agent to take control of the ship. But why would he contact some random mook with a gun, which is all that the Bounty Hunter is at that point?
2) The Smuggler on Nar Shaddaa is tasked with diplomatic and cover intelligence work, all of which is highly classified. But the Smuggler has no ties to the Republic and is, at best, a gun-for-hire.
3) The first time the Imperial Agent visits Quesh, they are there on a personal mission that needs to be kept hidden from both the Imperial Intelligence and the SIS. But they can openly participate in the Quesh planet storyline.
There are many more examples, but these stood out to me.

* Jun Seros frames the Bounty Hunter for a whole bunch of crimes and initially it just seems like a form of petty revenge for killing a Jedi master. However, when confronted, he claims that he did it to publicly expose the inherent evil of the Sith Empire. Let's examine that for a second. A) The BH is guilty of plenty of crimes. There was absolutely no need to make things up. B) Is anyone going to be surprised that a hired killer commits crimes? It kinda comes with the job. C) Since when does the Sith Empire's evil need to be exposed? It's not like it's a big secret. D) The BH is not even part of the Empire. (S)he is just a hired gun. This is like trying to fight corporate corruption by framing the janitor.

*** These interactions are just the Legacy system. Originally, you had faction and class-specific races, according to the story. The Inquisitor is a slave, and a Sith Pureblood would never be a slave to anyone. The Chiss are allied with the Empire, and wouldn't side with the Republic. Other than those, and a select few specific instances, most [=NPC=]s won't comment on race, because of how many there are, and the possibility of race/class is too much for individual dialogue for such a small aspect.

** It can also be annoying/off-putting when you get a Chiss Trooper calling the Chiss "Those Imperial Blue Guys?" Would be nice if they went and changed some of the lines/grayed out the options for those lines if you are that Race. (Also a lot of work on the server side i'd imagine, so i can understand why it's not been done)

** The examples go on forever. How could a Pureblood Sith Inquisitor have been a slave? Why does a Twilek Jedi Knight need to have basic Twilek culture explained to them? Why is a Cathar Jedi Knight horrified by the Flesheaters, considering he's a predator himself? Some of these have been fixed (a non-human on the imperial side can respond to overt racism in many instances), but the bigger issues remain.
