- In "Who Killed Toadsworth?", Petey Piranha and Goomba are killed when Wario impatiently accuses them of killing Toadsworth and Boo kills the accused that are not guilty of the crime. However, Donkey Kong had established earlier that the accused only get killed when the accuser uses the phrase "killed Toadsworth", which Wario didn't do. Why did they die if Wario didn't specifically say they killed Toadsworth?
