- While Fang Yuan is clearly from modern day Earth's China, it is never made clear which era, exactly. Since he mentioned computers, Mao Zedong and cars, he's atleast from after 1950s. However, since he doesn't actually have a desire to go back to Earth, it's not really relevant.
- How much time has really passed on Earth since he transmigrated to the Gu World? Do the two worlds have the same timespan? And does Fang Yuan's time travel affect his homeworld in any way?
