• In the infamous Delta War sequence, it ends with Mike yelling Al's name after seeing Al fall to his death, Al having lost his grip from the landing skids of the helicopter they were both clutching due to the explosive shockwave from a rocket hitting a helicopter that was accompanying the one they were on...which could have been entirely avoided if the helicopter's crew just let them into the cabin. The helicopter they were on had descended almost to the ground, so it would have taken just a few seconds more to have the pair climb into the cabin rather than unreasonably having the poor fellas hold onto the chopper for dear life the entire time before it touched down at friendly territory. The copter's cabin did not appear to be filled to the brim or anything to force the duo to make due with hanging onto the landing skids. There was also no direct indication of any purposeful enemy anti-air weaponry in the area (though there was gunfire) to provide an impetus for the helicopters to hurry away until they had already ascended and if they were worried about that possibility, they probably wouldn't have descended at all.
