Headscratchers / Pecola

• So where are all the parents of Pecola, Little Chu, Robbie, Rudy and Coco? We never see them and they are never mentioned!
• Who is running all the other businesses in Cube Town? If you notice the town, we see other businesses such as a hotel, a bookstore, a cake shop, dentist, etc. We never see the characters patronizing those shops and it's never mentioned who operates them.
