Our Man Flint
- At one point, Flint shoots several fake Z.O.W.I.E. guards to death after seeing through their disguises. He says "I noticed that these men were wearing Battle of the Bulge ribbons." His boss Cramden says "There is no ribbon for the Battle of the Bulge.". Flint replies "Exactly."
The problem is that U.S. campaign ribbons don't have the name of the campaign on them, just a decorative pattern and occasionally a single letter (as can be seen here
). If there is no ribbon for the Battle of the Bulge, how did Flint know that one of the ribbons was supposed to be for the Battle of the Bulge?- He's Flint.
