• Why didn't Dr. Drakken have Shego read his ultimatum instead of using the puppet?
  • Drakken is egotistical and likes to be the center of attention. He wants the world to know he's the mastermind behind the threat, and for them to give in to it out of fear of him specifically. Having Shego give the ultimatum for him might risk people getting the wrong idea and giving her credit for the whole thing.
