• How was Rockstar Games able to include Yuka Kasen in the game if she is underage? Grand Theft Auto is known for not including children in their games because of concerns about what parents and politicians will do if the protagonist harms a kid, but Yuka is clearly a minor and plays a role in the story. Even if doing so isn't canon, she can even be killed in the two missions where she appears!
  • Concerns about Yuka's age is mitigated by the fact that the game is an obscure entry in the series that got barely any publicity, and that harming her wouldn't be as graphic as it would had it been a 3D title.
• If Mike helps the Pachinko World's owner and kills the corrupt officer who doesn't let him fully pay Asuka Kasen the protection money he owes, why does Asuka asks Mike to not be so kind next time if she turned out to be happy that Mike didn't end up burning the Pachinko World? Not helping the owner leads Mike to destroy the Pachinko World.
• One of Mike's few regrets at the end of the game is that he feels that he could have done something more for 8-Ball, but he flees from Liberty City to Colombia so he can evade the police. Couldn't Mike have hired from Colombia a lawyer to help 8-Ball avoid going to prison? Of course, Grand Theft Auto III shows that 8-Ball was ultimately able to escape, but it was thanks to Claude, even though Mike promised 8-Ball that he would make it up to him. Did Mike forget about his promise?
• How was King Courtney able to escape from the police after Mike defeated him if he was badly wounded due to Mike's massacre of the Yardies? It's not like any of his men survived to take him away from the area in time.
• Mike flees Liberty City with Cisco's plane at the end of the game, but how does this prevent the authorities from stopping him? Does entering Cisco's plane grant him some sort of diplomatic immunity or what? He massacred the Yardies and caused a big public disturbance in the streets! Were the police not able to get an arrest warrant to prevent Mike from leaving Liberty City?
