Why does every shopkeeper act like each gungeoneer is the same person? At least old Red has terrible eyesight, but who would thank a convict, still in prison uniform for freeing them when they were actually freed by The Marine?
- the whole games plot is about changing the past, sure YOU might remember the timeline where the Marine freed him, but clearly old Red is remembering the one where it was the convict
