- In "Cheesy Con", why did Doctor Skunk tell Donkey to rest when she could've gone to the titular convention in a wheelchair?
- Why is the last line in "A Donkey Hodie Halloween" "You're welcome! Now let's go trick or treating!" when it's implied that they're already going trick or treating?
- They could be doing some more trick-or-treating after the musical number.
- Where is Panda's dad? He was mentioned in "Pickle Penguin Problem" and pictured in "Uniquely Panda", but he didn't show up to his own wife's birthday party and is mentioned way less than her.
- If Purple Panda is frequently described as being empathetic in his character bios, then why did Donkey have to teach him how to be in "Tater Buddies"?
- This is either a case of Ping Pong Naïveté or a result of the fact that the social media accounts for Donkey Hodie frequently spoil plot points from future episodes before they air. For instance, Bob Dog's love of tap dancing was mentioned in his early profiles, but it wasn't really a plot point until "Good Dog School".
- In "Clyde's Cloudy Day" Clyde's rain was interpreted as him crying. Does this imply that in "Silly Sticky Situation" Clyde forced himself to cry rain in order to free the pals from the glue bottle?
- In "Pet Rock Problem", it's implied that Cousin Hodie has just returned back to Someplace Else. But in "The Tree Swing", he says he's only visiting for the day. So does he live in a different part of Someplace Else, or is he like Dodie and comes from another town?
