• How do so many people keep getting weapons and metal canisters of cyanide into the ER?
• From Season 6 onward, why in the name of Hippocrates isn't everyone in the hospital wearing masks everywhere in the hospital? Every healthcare facility in the United States (definitely in Illinois) from hospitals to dentists required masks everywhere for everyone at all times, not just within COVID wards.
• Why did Will (or Maggie, for that matter) seriously think he had a chance at being appointed Chief of the ED? The man is a walking lawsuit. Sharon doesn't tell him anything in their Zoom call that shouldn't have been blatantly obvious to both of them and all their coworkers.
• Season 8, Episode 8: So Asher and Cuevas have a sexual assault victim who asks about pregnancy. And Asher tells her... her test came back negative and to get retested in 2-3 weeks. (No, this is not the exchange about the STI test — that came a few seconds earlier.) Where the Bad Place is the Morning After Pill?! Standard procedure for rape victims!
