* The whole premise of the film is that the kids listening to the story are rehearsing a performance of ''The Nutcracker.'' But it ends with their teacher/director/whatever leaving them all there, unattended, to just keep practicing without her. Not only that, but she wishes them a Merry Christmas, as much as to say that she won't see them again until after the holiday. So... when are they going to put on the performance? And why is she leaving them unchaperoned?

** Maybe she isn't? After all, the Care Bears were there while she told her story. Maybe she knows and she expects the bears to pick up her slack.
